Life is better at the Beach

This OCEANFRONT unit will confirm that life is definitely better at the beach. Tile floors throughout, wrap around oceanfront balcony, gorgeous views from the master with balconies on each side, assigned underground parking for one, full-size laundry in the unit, located 2 miles north of the "World Famous Daytona Beach" sign proves that "Life is better at the beach". The guest bedrooms provide sleeping for the family providing a twin over full bunk bed and a twin bed in the middle room while the round room has a queen bed with a daybed. Adjacent to the guest bedrooms is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and plenty of counter space.

** JAN. 2026 UPDATES - This building in undergoing an extensive concrete restoration project. The south end where this unit is located is now undergoing construction.

Hard walls are installed over all door and window openings in the living/dining area and primary bedroom blocking all views and balcony access. See pictures for current conditions expected through May.
Discounts will be applied during this time.
NOISE is likely Monday - Friday 745 a to 4 pm weather permitting. Updates will be given as the progress continues***

Pool is open (not heated) Beach steps have been restored.

Gorgeous view

The property was the perfect location for us. The condo was spacious and clean. The beach was fantastic, perfect for our walks. The restaurants were close by (especially the Tipsy Taco). We really enjoyed our stay!

Senior Spring Break

We had a great time. Pool and steps to ocean are awesome! Building is in need of some updating but there is still work being done from hurricanes. Our unit was nice overall with lots of space.

Great place to stay with family. Beach and pool access. Well stocked kitchen. Happy to have laundry in the unit. Only downfall, was there was only 1 beach towel. Need to buy your own or pack them with you.

Overall pleased

There was quite a bit of hurricane damage and repair work going on. The overall stay was very nice. We had no problems and would stay again.

Excellent beach stay during Bike Week!

The property was very clean, with a great view of the ocean. Private parking in the garage accommodated 4 motorcycles with access on to residence of the building. Location was within one mile of Main Street. My friends and I hope to get this property again for next year's Bike Week.

Family wedding

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well stocked. Ginger the property manager was fabulous to work with and was very prompt in answering questions! We all enjoyed sipping coffee and watching the ocean from our balcony! I would stay there again.

Beach oasis

We loved our stay. The condo owner kept excellent communication, was polite and prompt with any concerns we had. The condo was clean and very welcoming. It felt like home away from home from the time we turned the key. The kitchen is well stocked, the linens were crisp. There were beach toys, we also left some behind, and chairs as well as towels and a cooler. There was not alot of traffic and the beach was very calm and inviting without the bulk of tourists. We will definitely be staying in over the horizons again. Loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony as it's the perfect view. Just marvelous!
