Perfect location. WiFi was spotty and the parking was extremely tight but other than that we had a great time staying here

The property itself is great, clean and quiet. The location is just amazing. You can watch the fireworks at 9pm every eveningb from the porch.

Room could use a good cleaning. Parking was bad. We couldn’t get in our car to leave. If you want quiet this is not the place. Upstairs people can be heard very loudly. Was not a peaceful vacation.

Since your visit, the unit has received a detailed inspection and full deep clean, and sound machines have been added to help with noise carrying from neighboring units. Parking at this home is quite limited, and we keep detailed guidance in the listing so guests can plan their vehicle choice ahead of arrival. The house is exactly as pictured very quiet neighborhood perfect for a small family like mine! Parking was a little tight but everything else was great!

Quaint home & great property management

The home is quaint - not large, but it has what we needed for our stay. The property management company did a great job communicating with us ahead of check in and making their team available to us if we needed anything during our visit.

Great location on the bay

Really nice spot on the bay, with an outdoor patio. Property needs some care (curtain rods kept falling down, door lock was difficult to operate, no dresser or drawers to store clothes) but overall a good price to stay right on the water.

Perfect Location

We had a great time. The bay is where you will want to be. It is quiet. This is a perfect location. It's very comfortable and has everything you need. Beach access is also very convenient.

Great location

Great location with views of the bay and quick walk to the ocean. Small quirks: neighbor’s flood light doesn’t shut off at night and the bedroom is pretty bright because of that. Parking spot was too small to fit the 4 cars assigned there, which caused a problem. Staff was easy to communicate with and help with needs.

Wonderful location!

Just a perfect setting off point for biking, paddleboarding, walking or loafing on the sand. Check out Mission Bay Aquatic Center where you can go rent a paddleboard or kayak or whatever and then just paddle your way back to the house where friends have set up a camp in the sand. House is fine, if a little worn, but no big deal. I DO think the owners should spring for full sized silverware at some point! :)

Pros: Excellent communication (even at midnight when we were checking in), awesome location, beds were comfortable, the unit was clean. Cons: Didn't have AC and could use stronger fans, very tired and needs an update especially in bathrooms, musty smell that could be helped by the staff using dehumidifiers, had some issues with WiFi going in/out. The toilet off of the master bedroom made an annoying whistle sound which my husband had to take the lid off to fix each time (mgmt was willing to send a maintenance person to fix it but we declined since we were only there for a short stay). The unit is very tired but I gave a 10 rating b/c it was priced fairly and our overall expectations were met. I would also stay there again. Again, great communication by the staff!

The location was excellent, but overall we were disappointed. The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable, WiFi in the master bedroom was weak, and parking was a hassle — the spot is tiny, and another car was blocking it when we arrived (an hour after check-in).The host was very communicative and checked in on us, which was appreciated. The great location was the main highlight.
