Your ultimate valley vacation awaits! This home is located in the center of it all. Downtown Chandler is 15 minutes away. They offer a wide variety of restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy dinner at Helluva Brewery, Social Tap Brewery, The Perch, Hidden House, Abuelos Mexican Food or Benihana and then slip into The Stillery for some country dancing. Upscale restaurants that you are sure to enjoy are The Keg, Flemings and Galeto Brazilian Steakhouse.

For the sports enthusiast, you are 20 minutes from ASU! Within 30 miles are Chase Field, Cardinals Stadium, Cubs, Angels, Oakland A's, Giants and Diamondbacks spring training facilities.

The West World Event Center is within 30 minutes and is home to the famous Barrett Jackson auto auction and many other events throughout the year.

The Waste Management Open is held the second weekend in February at the TPC Scottsdale Golf Course and is just a 30 minute drive.

Come to life in this 3 bed/2 bath home with a modern boho design. Between the house that is stocked with amenities and the large private backyard pool, you should be set for your stay. There is Fry's grocery store just a few blocks away for all your grocery needs.

Every bed has a brand new, luxurious memory foam mattress along with TV's in every room. The linens and towels are top notch. This property comfortably sleeps 8. There is a king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed and the bunk room provides a twin over full bunk with a twin pull out trundle bed.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, dinnerware, utensils...anything that you may need. The oven has an air fry feature and the freezer has an automatic ice maker. Both a coffee pot and Keurig are available for your use.

Relax in the pool and spa in the private fenced in backyard. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Message me for details. Put your food on the grill and enjoy a game of cards at one of our outdoor seating areas. Throw some logs in the firepit and enjoy conversation around the fire. There's plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

We used the hot tub every day. The house was spotless. The owner responded quickly. Very quiet neighborhood, close to any stores that we needed. I also used the Jacuzzi bathtub after walking at the zoo, it was great. The house has all the supplies we needed to cook. I'm only 4ft10, so a little step stool would have been nice.

House of Peace and Relaxation

Family Road Trip!

Great location close to restaurants, shopping and the venue for the LPGA (Wild Horse Pass) Which is the reason we went to AZ. Propery was clean, house was clean and pool was easy to figure out. Plenty of room for everyone. We didn't feel like we were walking all over each other. Janet was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. We would defently go back.

Perfect house for a quick getaway!

Lovely and comfortable

The home is clean, updated, and well decorated. We very much enjoyed having the hot tub in addition to the pool as well as the fire pit. Beds were comfortable! Host was always responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Fun in the Sun

I enjoyed my stay at Jan’s wonderful pool home. Jan was always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. Check in was a breeze and the instructions to her home were easy to follow and understand. I would recommend this home to anyones staying in the Phoenix area. The pool and spa area is very nice and relaxing. The house was clean and had everything I needed.

Wonderful Accommodation

Our family stayed here for 6 nights mid-April. We couldn't have been happier with our accommodations. House is clean, comfortable and well stocked. The pool is good sized and host provided pool toys as well. Neighborhood is very quiet and allowed for a very relaxing stay. The absolute best part of our experience was the host, Jan. Excellent communication from booking through departure. You won't find a better place with an unbeatable host! You can't go wrong :)

My daughter and I purchased this property with the sole purpose to rent it out to vacationers. We have stayed at many vacation rentals ourselves and felt that it was our calling to provide great accommodations so that travelers can enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property jumped out at us in the beginning. With the huge corner lot and backyard, we felt it would provide ample space for everyone. The interior was well kept, which allowed us to use our time putting the extra special touches in place. We did necessary upgrades and repairs and then spent many hours picking out just the right furnishings and décor. We are pleased with how everything came together and hope that our guests love it too.

With being a new listing, you get the benefit of brand new mattresses. We have had some trial runs and everyone that stayed gave the mattresses rave reviews. The pool and spa are definitely a huge bonus at this property. The pool allows you to cool off and relax in the hotter months and the spa allows you to warm up in the cooler months. Having TV's in every room is great for anyone who wants to relax and have some alone time. Chill with netflix or take a nap in any of our comfortable bedrooms.
