We loved the location, proximity to the beach, views from the balcony, and most importantly that it was pet-friendly. Very clean, updated, and well-supplied rental. We loved it!

This was our 3rd time staying here and it is always great! Our kids specifically ask to stay here each time we come. You can't beat the private beach access and everything is always clean and organized. I'm sure we'll be back again!

The property was very clean with lots of amenities. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything one may need during their stay. The beach was right outside your back door! Being a pet-friendly place made the vacation much easier for our family. There was no pet odor even though it’s pet-friendly. I would recommend and will also consider staying again in the future.

I stayed in this lovely and perfectly positioned house for nearly a week and it was glorious. All the mod cons and most of all, great views of the sea and the sunrise was spectacular from the top terrace (my favourite time of day). Your own walkway to the beach with rabbits dashing around in front of you it's a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Brian and Erin for being so helpful. I'll hope to stay again next time I'm there for a rocket launch from Kennedy

Great Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (9 &12) and had a great time. Having private beach access was fantastic and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Erin was very responsive when we needed anything and we would definitely stay again!

Another wonderful stay

This is my families second stay and we absolutely love the beachfront location. We enjoyed the week relaxing on the beach. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.

Great location right on the beach great views from the deck and was very clean. The price was a little high propably because it was spring break . It would have been perfect if it was just us but halfway through vacation the adjoining town house was rented and honestly we can hear everything from the other renters even there conversations were very clear . We then felt we had to be quiet because they would hear us which made it a little uncomfortable

Visiting the Space Coast

This lovely condo was the perfect location for a short family vacation! Favorites of the trip were the great views and access to the beach. The lower sun room was our favorite space! Looking forward to coming back sokn!

Little gem

I always try to stay at this property when we are in cape canaveral. So convenient, perfect location right off the beach and the property owner responds very quickly. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

Wow! This property is amazing! Not only we had a wonderful time because the beach is outside our door, but also the place is equipped with everything that you can possibly imagine, plus the hosts are incredible. Super responsive and nice people. I loved the accommodation and it is exactly as the pictures. We loved that we had a Tesla Charger, that we had a water hose outside to clean everything before going into the house. We loved that everything is close but at the same time a very quite street. We loved that we were able to just have the piece of mind that everything was taking care of, from having a clean place to having the supplies available. I loved our deck with the view to the ocean and the sunrises were gorgeous. Thank you so so much Erin and Bryan for a wonderful opportunity for our family to experience Cocoa Beach in another level. I can't wait to stay with you again. People, have a blast in this place and treat it nice so I can come back.

The house is very nice and the rooms are very clean and everything is very nice but the beds could be alil better! My back was over it by the third day lol but overall it’s nice!

I just came down to Cocoa for a couple days of deep sea fishing with a buddy of mine. This little beach house is awesome. Super easy check-in/check out. Cozy little backyard and walk straight out to the beach. 10 minutes from Jetty Park boat launch. Excellent

Best beach cottage

Ocean breezes welcomed us to this charming well equipped and beautifully styled cottage. The upstairs deck was the perfect place to watch the ocean and catch the recent air show! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for holding on to this gem rather than selling out to the condos!
