Beautiful, fully furnished kitchen, for preparing meals in or cook-out by the pool. Home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Master Suite, Bunk Bedroom and Game Room with two full bathrooms upstairs. Enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private master suite balcony. Truly a great place for making special memories to last a lifetime! NO PETS

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed at this property for the Thanksgiving holiday with our family. The property itself was very nice. It had a unique layout that was very fitting for a family with a range of ages. The grounds were amazing and the view was breathtaking. The main thing that we were concerned with was the kitchen because we were going to be doing a lot of cooking. They had a very well stocked kitchen which had pretty much everything we could have asked for. The bar was also well stocked with glassware and accessories. I would absolutely recommend this property.

Hot tub was clean and we used it everyday. We started our trip out with a lot of rain and wind so we used the board games and door dash. The house has amazing adult space for reading and making drinks. When not raining, beautiful beach views. We were able to see the rocket go up at 2:30am from the balcony with some cloud cover still. Well worth setting our alarm for. The kids took surfing lessons in front of the house. Great instructor came to the house one day and met us at Jetty Park on another day. So much fun for all of us!!! The house has all the beach stuff. We needed nothing from towels, bags wagons and chairs and umbrellas. I saw baby stuff in one of the closets too. The house has everything. Enjoy!! We did.

We had a wonderful family gathering - enjoyed the beach, the storms and just being together! It was perfect.My husband, their father passed away last December and this week end would have been our 62nd Anniversary and the kids all came in to be with me! It was very special!

Great location right on the beach at a price that is affordable. Lots of items available for the beach/pool...chairs/umbrellas, wagons, boogie boards, pool floats, sand toys, goggles, and beach games (badminton, volleyball, footballs, etc.). Host was very accommodating with our last minute booking request and was quick to respond despite it being late at night...much appreciated!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.

This was the MOST well stocked, thoughtfully planned property we have ever rented. The location is amazing! The house is gorgeous and the communicaiton was quick and friendly. We will 100% be staying here again. Do not hesitate, just book this property!

Absolutely stunning property! So clean and everything is describe to perfection online. The host has thought of everything and then some! The pool and beach were so great! Beautiful Location

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Cocoa Beach VRBO! The house was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach. Everything was as described, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a great Florida getaway!

Perfect family beach house

Our group of 12 had a wonderful stay (ages 6 to 72)! Great communication from our host and thoughtful touches for our parents’ anniversary. Best parts: space to spread out, access to beach, walkable to shops and cafes, high end appliances and amenities, and well stocked extras to make our stay comfortable. Would love to come back!

Family Vacation

Was quite impressed with the entire experience, pool was a bit smaller than expected and not heated. Thought the pool had a hot tub but it was a "cold tub"! but otherwise all was enjoyable. Distance to the beach was a major plus, everyone had a great time.

Cousins Reunion

Four cousins who have either never met or have not seen each other since childhood in the 1970's had a first reunion here. What a joyous and heartwarming gathering. More cousins want to come next time. We will meet at this house. The home was comfortable, had soul soothing sunrises and peace while walking on the beach. And restaurants, shopping, and fun activities are so close by.

Great Beach House With Lots of Little Nooks

Everything was as described for this house, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite thing about the house was all the little spaces you created. There was a corner in the living room to read if you were tired of watching TV. There were several outdoor spaces to truly get away from others if you needed some quiet time. The house was clean, a great location, and the weather was beautiful.

best beach house

the owner was always available for questions. this was our favorite place of the whole trip. i can't imagine a better place to stay at cocoa beach. we went to the disney parks and stayed in orlando before we got here. the kids preferred to stay here then anything they did at disney. they have a garage full of gear for the beach you can use which really made the trip. we will be back in the future.

Spectacular in every way!

Best decision ever to trade in a vacation for a staycation on Cocoa Beach! This home is beautiful and the owners have provided everything you could possibly need for a wonderful weeks stay! The view is awesome, the chef’s kitchen was inspiring! The owner/ mgr was quick to respond and very accomodating
. we extended our stay! For any future travelers, note that the pool is not heated and no screens on the windows
 but neither of those things meant anything to us. We loved this place!
