Come and relax in this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Mexico Beach, Waterside Village, is one short block from Mexico Beach's sugar-sand beaches. Perfect for a relaxing couples getaway or a family vacation you will long remember.

You can enjoy an afternoon laying out by the large waterfall pool with plenty of chairs and tables, take a dip in the hot tub, and then head to the beach for sunset. You are a short three minute walk to the beach!

One half mile from the city's boat ramp

There are some local restaurants just 1 block away or you can grill by the pool!

Mexico Beach is truly a special place away from the crowds but enough to keep you busy for a month. Nearby Apalachicola and Port St. Joe offer historic and charming shopping and fun. Only 20 miles from Panama City.

Family Beach Vacay

The kids and their in-laws stayed in one of the cottages (houses) in the same community while I rented the condo, it was perfect.

Mini Beach Trip

We loved the location of the property. It was a short walk to the beach. Our teens enjoyed the easy access to the pool/hot tub as well. It was our first trip to Mexico Beach, but we will definitely return to stay here again.

Very nice and close to beach

We loved the view of the waterway and how close the condo is to the beach. The condo itself was very nice and clean and had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach!

So Fun!

We had a great stay, the hosts were very responsive to my messages and very kind. The beds were comfortable and the condo was super clean. Ground level space allowed for easy access to the pool, the parking lot and the beach was an easy walk across the street. Would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient ground floor condo

Great condo with a pool across the street from the beach. Very nice and clean and convenient. Gave 4 stars for overall rating because the living room furnishings are limited (only 3 seats) and the dining table and TV are small. But we definitely enjoyed our stay

Beach Vacation

The location was very appealing. Clean, convenient to the beach, on-site bike rentals available, grills and picnic tables & a very nice pool/spa area. Walking distance to a good restaurant, coffee shop, ice cream/pizza, but no nearby/convenient place to shop for household/grocery items, so be sure to bring those things in or plan for a drive. The beach access is right across the street and the beach is absolutely beautiful and quiet. Wonderful for families. The unit itself is updated and comfortable. The master bedroom only has a full size bed, not a queen as advertised. Not a comfortable bed size for two adults. All in all, a very nice spot for a beach vacation.

Very Nice!!

Ground floor condo near the beach. You can walk across the highway for beach access, but we drove to the public pier which was maybe 2 or 3 blocks away. Just easier for us, since we had a 4 yr old with us. We walked to Mango Marleys for supper....a bit crowded there, but great food! I enjoyed the small patio in back of our unit....has 2 wicker chairs and a pretty view of a canal. The condo was clean, had nice cold A/C, and in a quiet area. Communication with the owner was very good....we had no dishwasher detergent or hand soap, but I let him know and he said he would have the house keeper replenish those. There's a nice grill area near the pool. We never used it, but saw several families taking advantage of it. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo!

Loved that this unit was ground floor, as it made getting to and from the car, beach, and pool very easy. Very clean, and quite spacious. Used 34th Street for beach access. Walked to Mango Marley's, the coffee shop, sweet shop, the Marina and Shell Shack. Great time away!

Great location!

Great location and loved being on the bottom floor! Short walk to the beach and little shops and mango marleys. The only thing is the beds could be more comfortable(I’m used to a softer bed) and more television options. Being near the pool was good to and the view from the little patio was nice

Fantastic place to stay on Mexico Beach.

Super easy check in/out process. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us being the laid back type. Living room seating would be the only recommended upgrade, adding a fourth comfortable chair.

Our stay at Catch N Relax was wonderful! The condo was clean and spacious, with an easy walk to the beach and convenient ground-floor proximity to the pool, as well as a short walk to shops or drive into Port St. Joe for groceries and more restaurants. The hosts also promptly communicated with us when we had questions. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend and would love to return!
