Full size refrigerator and small stove, microwave and toaster. Cottage is non-smoking and sleeps 1-2 guests comfortably with a queen size bed. Air conditioned. Early check in available for $100

Very relaxing

We had a great time ,no stress. The owners were very accommodating and the view was super. The cabin although small was clean and nicely decorated. We plan to return in the future.

Walking Distance is Key

Easy walk to beach and salt marsh for birding. Walked to Hannafords to make own meals and easy walk to several restaurants. Will absolutely stay again.

A great cozy getaway!

The cottage was perfect for a few days at the beach. Extremely clean, air conditioner worked amazing in the heat wave, and I liked how it still felt private around the other cottages. I also appreciated the soap and towels and the small attention to detail (numbering the houses, the number on the rock and keychain!) I will recommend to anyone looking for a chance to get to Wells!

The cabin was old. The cabinets were rust. The stove was ancient. You had to walk through the bathroom to get to the kitchen so there was no privacy. You could only see a sliver of water. The property did not look like the pictures.

Great location

The cottage is cozy, clean and conveniently located close to a fantastic beach and some great restaurants. Also, the screen porch is a huge plus. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Great, Cozy Cabin near the beach!

My husband, dog, and I had a lovely weekend staying here. The cabin is small but functional, and the screened in front porch was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning or read in the evening.

Great location!

Cute cottages not far from many things to do and plenty of outdoor space to walk the dogs
