Beautiful home in great location

The property was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Walking distance to the beach, overlooked the golf course. I did not realize that the pool was not attached to the property but it is right across the street.

Very nice home. 1/2 mile from the beach. Bikable and walkable which is good since there is no parking at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped although the ice maker didn’t make much ice. We had to buy ice. Would’ve given it 5 stars total except the mattresses were horrible. They felt like cottonballs and everyone left with bad backaches.

Girl’s tennis weekend

Great house with plenty of space for the 8 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Would have like fans in the bathrooms and locks on the bathroom doors. Other than that the house was a huge hit!

The basement area was a terrific staging area for shoes and beach equipment. The open floor plan was a fun way to cook and still interact with all of our guests. We would rent again next year without looking else where.

This was the perfect place for our family to vacation. It’s very spacious, the beds were super comfortable and it had all the amenities we needed. The Peloton was a major bonus! It is so nice to have a large table and comfortable living room for a larger family to hang out for meals and games. The beach was a short bike ride away and was beautiful! Very clean and never crowded. Great swimming beach with gentle waves. We recommend renting a bike for every member of the family because there are so many lush and shaded trails to ride.The golf was world class and so convenient!We hope to be back!

Some items of furniture were not appropriate but overall the style and set up was very good. We found the beach walk on the long side, but manageable with bikes and some car rides. We had a great view of The River Course. The yard provided daily glimpses of wildlife but no real space to play. In spite of any annoyances we loved our stay

Great first stay in Kiawah!

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house for our first visit to Kiawah! Plenty of room to spread out, very comfortable and great location on the island. I loved the screened in porch (I spent many hours here relaxing and reading) and the outdoor patio where I did morning exercises everyday. And my daughters loved the Pelaton. I would definitely rent this house again!

The local mgmt. team is fabulous prompt and professional! The house which is very conveniently located has beautiful views with top quality fit & finish! The trails for biking & walking are absolutely beautiful, safe and we’re so much fun!

Perfect Getaway

Very good experience down to the condition and delivery of "beach goods." We had a $300 credit which we used for bikes and really enjoyed riding around the island.

Beautiful home with lots of thoughtful amenities; it felt like we were staying in our friends home as opposed to a rental. Fantastic location, with quick bike ride or walk to beach, tennis and turtle point golf course. Would rent this home again!!

Best Kiawah house we have ever stayed in!

It is a great location if you have children also since it is such an easy bike ride to the Night Heron Park and to Turtle Beach. The neighborhood pool is a bonus!! The home has a great floor plan and is very spacious. The kitchen is equipped well and the outdoor space is very nice. I highly recommend this property.
