Family indoor/outdoor oasis in private community in the woods

A beautiful, recently renovated house in a gated community just minutes from Bushkill Falls and within close range of the Delaware Water Gap National Park with plenty of space to spread out indoors and out as well as access to indoor/outdoor pool, private ski slope, tennis, basketball, gym, restaurant and more! The house has a large propane fire pit, backyard patio for dining/lounging, gas fireplace, swingset, hammock, video games, gameroom/garage, 5 burner Weber grill, wine fridge, small keg tap, loft area living space, toys/games for kids and adults!

Since we have two young kids the house is really ideal for two or three families traveling with children as safety measures such as gates, cabinets and electrical sockets have been implemented and we have high chairs, 2 cribs, MANY toys, a Jumperoo, 2 scooters, baby ride-on toys, a stand-on piano and MUCH more to make any parents’ packing job much easier! The kids love hanging out on the swingset, digging for worms, playing ball or tag in the large yard, exploring a private wooded area, playing basketball and Nock Hockey in the garage to name just a few things.

The kids bedroom has kids-themed furnishings as well as sleeping for up to 5 (triple bunk, toddler bed or crib and pullout toddler-sized sofa), tent with ballpit in it and is right next to the loft/TV/video game space! The living room has two toddler recliners as well as a full-sized pull-out bed that could fit up to two kids or one adult.

The master bedroom is MASSIVE with a king-sized bed, huge desk, TV and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with an enormous walk-in shower. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and an additional bedroom that has trundle bed (will sleep two) and a great work space complete with 24" monitor to hook to your laptop.

There are 7 TVs in the house as well as 6 amazon devices to listen to music where/when you like. There is no need to bring a sound machine for kids as amazon does the job but we also have a sound machine, humidifier, air purifier, telescope and more. The remodeled kitchen is outfitted with brand new stainless steel appliances, an island seating area and the cabinets are stocked with plates/utensils/bowls/glassware of many types as well as a blender, waffle maker, dual-purpose coffee machine for K cups or full pots, a basic coffee grinder and an toaster oven.
