Pet Friendly & Bird's Eye View of Dewey. Enjoy your beach vacation in this very nice 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo located on the ocean block of Rodney St. in Dewey. Parking is under the building in the back & unit is up 2 floors. Sorry, no elevator. This well maintained and updated condo features all the comforts of home and is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants & shops. Jump on the Trolley and walk Rehoboth Ave. and the Boardwalk or take advantage of family movie night on the beaches in Dewey; this unit is close to it all! Amenities include CAC/DW/Micro/3TV s/1DVD/Balcony. **1 Queen, 1 Queen, 1 Sleep Sofa** Sleeps 6

Dog Friendly~with $250 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $250/per 1 pet/$150 for additional pet/s in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc., that will need to be returned with our lease.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once you have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Great Beach Week

The location and unit was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately we couldn’t open the windows because the screens were missing. Would have been nice to get some fresh air.

A quite time

Everything was nice, just the TV and the programs kind of boring. At night is nice to be able to watch somethibg good.

Delano 3F

Location to the beach is great, place is nicely decorated, the sitting/living room area definitely doesn’t have enough seating. Kitchen was nicely equipped with everything needed to make meals. We felt the kitchen chairs were heavy and hard to move and bulky. TV in 1st floor bedroom was extremely small and the tv’s had miminal channels. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and we also loved that it was a dog friendly rental
