105 Bellevue St. Unit A- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Located in the HEART of Dewey Beach. You cannot find a better location if your desire is to be in the middle of the action! This apartment has been completely remodeled and includes a primary bedroom and bath and sitting area on the second floor. The first floor includes a second bedroom and bath and an eat in kitchen. The apartment is just over a block to the beach and includes off street parking for 1 car. A perfect spot to take in all of Dewey Beach! This rental is dog friendly with a $200 non refundable pet fee per pet.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $138.75.

Second floor- 1 King

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great little beach condo

My daughters and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was super dog friendly and a block away from the beach. Very close to restaurants and all amenities. Clean and well maintained.

The property was perfect for our stay in Dewey. Great location, clean and looked just like the pictures. Property manager did a great job communicating the check-in information. Would stay again.

We loved the location; you can't beat being so close to the beach and all the fun spots in Dewey! It was also great that the place was pet-friendly. That said, the place could definitely use a little extra cleaning - the vents were pretty dirty which was a bit of a letdown. The realtor/host was awesome - super quick to respond and help us get back in after being locked out due to dead batteries. She went out of her way after our trip to make things right. Overall, the location and service were great, but the property could use a bit more care and maintenance.

Nice condo two blocks from the beacj

The condo was very nice and its proximity to the beach was great. Next to two live music venues made sitting on the front porch a great experience.

Awesome location, but the unit was pretty dirty. No blankets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, or even trash bags. Mold on every AC vent. The few blankets there were, were stained and had food on them.

Easter Visit

The property is as sweet as advertised. The cottage is adorable. We loved laying on the sectional watching tv. Everything you need to cook. The surprise snacks and cold drinks in fridge were an amazing touch! We were grateful! I would highly recommend this awesome cottage! So many nice touches.

Central location

Clean place and nicely updated! It was the perfect spot for our family of 4. I was initially worried that Bottle & Cork would be too loud at night but with the help of a noise machine, it wasn't bad at all. We hope to definitely be back!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Location, location, location! This house was the perfect place to stay for a short weekend getaway. 2 minute walk to the beach, various bars and restaurants with live music. Very comfortable and homey front porch with chairs to sit and relax with coffee or cocktails. John was so nice to answer any questions we had and made sure our stay was comfortable. Will definitely come back next year.

When we arrived we found a note from the owner stating unit was undergoing some renovations. The bathroom tub faucet leak was very steady not just a drip here and there. There was molding in the kitchen which was separated from cabinet at the floor. Moisture from open AC vents which dripped onto wooden stairs. We removed our pet after first night for her safety.

Front door keypad batteries were dead so had to call the agent to come replace the batteries, still barely worked for our stay once “fixed Closet door in first bedroom was not even connected, fully broken, dead bugs smeared all over the walls throughout the house, upstairs shower has nothing screwed to the walls and leaked through the floor creating a monsoon through the first floor ceiling making everything soaking wet. The blankets that were there were visibly dirty. Found a used zyn in the first bedroom bed. Great neighborhood and Awesome bars surrounding the place made up for all the mishaps I guess.

Great 2 Bedroom Unit in the Heart of Dewey Beach

The unit was as advertised; it’s right in the heart of Dewey Beach. 2-3 minute walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc. It’s not particularly big, but has a nice upstairs TV living area for when you want to get out of the sun. You can sit on the patio and listen to the live music of the two bars next door. Only downsides are the nights the Bottle & Cork has live shows, it can be loud.

Dark but comfortable

Would have given it 5 starts, but a few things stopped me... 1) We paid for bedding/towels and received incorrect size for the Queen (they sent a double). 2) The lighting in house are those yellow long bulbs, making it appear very dark inside. 3) Light out in ceiling of one bedroom... John did bring bulbs, but you needed a ladder and tools to get the outer globe off to change the bulb.
