Modern Newly Remodeled Oceanfront 2x2 Lower Conchas Chinas Condo

Located on the ocean just 100 steps from the sand! This exclusive modern tower was completed in 2020. Beautiful and most exclusive area of Puerto Vallarta known as Lower Conchas Chinas. Our modern 2x2 is approximately 1500 square feet. 180 degree ocean views and additional views of the mountains, colorful pier and the Malecon. Perfect location to enjoy Zona Romantica (walking distance or short uber) and then come back and relax to the sound of the ocean. Check out early reviews below!

Floor to ceiling doors that open up to the ocean breeze! Well thought out floor plan that maximizes the space!

Easy walking distance to beaches, malecon and downtown where you can enjoy over 800 restaurants, shops, bars and nightlife. Short uber/taxi or walk back to the condo to relax to ocean waves caressing the shore on our oceanfront location.

Lower Conchas Chinas which is considered the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta.

Everything about this stay was great. Communication with the host was great and we had an easy time with checking in check out. The furnishings are in great shape and are comfortable. I would stay again.

CInda's condo is perfect. Very comfortable and location is close enough to town to walk, but yet far enough to be quiet. It looks directly out to the ocean where whales are viewable during the winter months. Cinda was so helpful with anything I needed and she left a few treats and a kind handwritten welcome note, which is rare these days, but much appreciated. I have been coming to PV for over 20 years and have stayed in many homes and condos, Cinda's is one of the best!!!!! I'll be back. Thanks again for a wonderful winter escape.

Fabulous Girls' Trip

Wow! This hidden gem is a lovely condo with spectacular ocean views and hotel amenities. It is located in a lovely, quiet area just a 15 minute walk to the town center or short cab ride to Puerto Vallarta's impressive restaurants and galleries. Cinda, our host, stocked the home with our every need, and was responsive throughout our stay. Hanz, the onsite concierge, arranged groceries, in-room massages and transportation to and from the airport. Our favorite part was watching the gorgeous sunsets from the rooftop pool and bar. We can't wait to come back!

Adult Vacation

WOW! What an amazing experience!!! We have traveled to multiple luxurious destinations in the past, but this was the BEST!! From the moment we considered booking this place, Cinda was available to answer any questions we had. She was the most gracious host. She made this a wonderful (and painless) process. Hanz and his team took care of our groceries, helped manage transportation, and just made sure all of our needs were met. The condo is exactly as advertised. The staff at the Orchid provided excellent service. You had all the luxuries of a resort available. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you, Cinda and Hanz!!

Amazing service and property

I have been to 38 countries and stayed at many super nice places but this unit was beyond awesome. All the pictures are accurate - the unit is super luxurious, the pools and rooftop bar are gorgeous. The beach is easily accessible. Many excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was exceptional. I truly felt we were treated like royalty. Amazing staff!! Kind, helpful, on top of it all!!

Luxurious Home Away from Home

What a beautiful tranquil oasis. We stayed here for a week and felt completely at peace and comfortable. The unit is as advertised and is in a great location slightly removed from Zona Romantica/Centro, but easily accessible via Uber & Taxi. Cinda (property owner) went out of their way to ensure that we had a great stay. Very responsive to questions and quick to provide restaurant and activity tips. Thank you for making the trip truly excellent. When we come back to PV we will certainly check to see if your property is available. At the property, the staff were kind and generous. Hanz, our main concierge (for lack of a better title), could not have been more gracious or helpful. He helped arrange airport transportation, grocery delivery, and an in-unit massage treatment for us. All of the staff from the rooftop bar/restaurant to the security staff to the rest of the maintenance and property management crew were endlessly friendly and quick to provide help when asked. We made ample use of the excellent pool on the roof and the onsite fitness center. It was like staying at a high-end boutique hotel, but where we had a 2 bed 2 bath suite all to ourselves. We came at the beginning of the slow season, so the property wasn't particularly crowded. We frequently had the entire rooftop pool, staff, and sunsets all to ourselves. Perfect for us, but I have now doubt if you are looking for a more active scene that the property will be plenty busy in-season as you'd expect it to be.

Pure Luxury with the Best Sunsets

The staff here really made us feel at home right away. It's only a quick cab ride to town, but you can enjoy the sound of the waves vs traffic in the city. The margaritas here were better than most restaurants, and not overpriced. The Coctel de Cameron/ Shrimp cocktail poolside, was one of the best I've ever had! The sever said he's never seen a white guy down so many We cracked up! Cinda was always quick to reply with any questions I had, and giving us good suggestions. Our favorite server Juan gave us some of his homemade salsa to try before we left, and we all kind of became buddies quick. The Orchid building is a gorgeous spot to take in the sunset, and when most vacations take 2-3 days to really feel relaxed & on vacation, we were in vacation mode right away, faster than any trip before. We'll definitely be back, and plan on making an annual pilgrimage to this beautiful city with tons of character. It was also our honeymoon, so its a great spot for couples, not many screaming kids etc. It was refreshing , unlike most of Florida! Also Pancho's Takos Restaurant, were the best pastor tacos I've ever had. The only place in town with a line when they open at 4pm to close, out of hundreds of restaurants, and there's a reason for that. I dropped weight too! See ya soon amigos!

Fantastic experience

From the moment we booked our stay we were in constant communication with the management company. They assisted with groceries prior to our arrival and assisted with what ever we needed. The property is amazing and we did not want to leave. The unit was very spacious for the four of us and the views were spectacular. The romantic zone was not very far and grabbing an ubber was no problem. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Heaven On Earth

My fiancé and I stayed here for a week and it exceeded our expectations! Cinda was awesome from the time we booked the property as well as periodic check ins to make sure we were getting everything we needed. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the place for you. The property itself is amazing with breathtaking views whether you're in your room or enjoying either of the infinity pools. The food that is available to order while you are at the pool or in the room is very good. We were also lucky enough to watch some whales pass in front of us one morning from our deck as we were having enjoying our coffee. I can't say enough good things about the property, the staff, and Cinda and her hospitality. We will definitely be making a return visit. Regards, John and Jen.

Just Fantastic!

Enough cannot be said about this wonderful property - everything is exactly as pictured online, except the view and sunset are even more beautiful than the photos, and the location is perfect for what my family was looking for: it's located directly on a great beach, is a nice, quiet location and an easy walk down the beach to the town for restaurants/shopping, or busier beaches. We also loved having the restaurant option right in the building, to dine on the roof or order room service. One of the most important things to my family when renting through VRBO is having easy communication with the owner/manager, and Cinda was the most amazing host! She responded to all of our questions very quickly, both leading up to and during our stay, and was incredibly helpful and gracious, making everything completely seamless. In addition, having the on-site concierge was incredible; they helped us arrange cars, grocery delivery, chefs, ahead of time, and answered any immediate questions we had, as well. The whole staff was very kind and gracious, and my family had an amazing trip. We will definitely be back!

The best 5 star vacation in our lifetime

What can I say? It was a big wow all 15 days. The best vacation we have had in the last 20 years. Cinda, our host. was amazing, so generous and kind. We felt we communicated with a close friend who cared about all the details. The staff was super friendly as well. The condo itself is to dream for. Views can’t get better. We enjoined watching whales and dolphins right from our deck. The condo had everything and more you may ever need, from beautiful bedding to kitchen utensils. Coffee maker works great for k-cup lovers and regular coffee, we used it every day. The beds are super comfortable. We always bring our pillows when we travel but certainly didn’t need them here, there were plenty of pillows in each bedroom. The bar/restaurant upstairs was so beautiful overlooking the ocean and the city. The prices are super reasonable, we definitely suggest to try everything. Our favorite was ceviche and catch of the day. Drink were for every taste and literally EVERYTHING is customizable. Everyday fireworks were an icing on the cake. We spent lots of evenings up on the rooftop swimming and enjoying the unbelievable views. We can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place.

5 star experience

Truly, enjoyed our seven days stay. The views were as advertised or should I say better. Spectacular. Bonus was watching the whales each day from the beautiful patio of the unit. The rooftop deck and infinity pool were also spectacular. Love the views of the city at night time dinner. Service was perfect and attentive. Mario always available helped us with anything we needed. Family Vacation

Our daughters’ first time visiting Mexico and the stay at The Orchid was amazing. The staff at The Orchid was friendly and knowledgeable. My teen daughters loved eating breakfast at the restaurant and ordered room service. The condo was exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back. Absolutely amazing!

Where do I start with this review?! So much amazingness that came with this experience at Orchid 3C. You can't get a much better host than Cinda. She was so gracious and informative from the moment we decided on her location right to the end of the stay. She answered all of our questions in a prompt manner. There was an Orchid/PV visitors guide she emailed that gave us a ton of information on the 3C unit, Orchid amenities, local restaurants, beaches...etc. So so helpful. She left a sweet welcome note and a bottle of Prosecco upon our arrival. The unit itself, simply phenomenal. From the luxurious beyond comfortable beds, to the incredible showers, top end appliances. This place leaves you wanting for nothing. The balcony is exceptional. It overlooks the ocean with incredible views and the sounds of the waves around the clock were so comforting. Everything you want or need is in this place. Beach towels, snorkel gear, amazing tv's with a Bose speaker, beach chairs, coolers...etc. It was all so so good. My girlfriend and I were blown away by it all. Orchid as a building is incredible. The rooftop pool and lounge/bar area are magical. You will want to spend time here no doubt. The infinity pool with PV views are exceptional. Mario, our concierge and the rest of the Orchid staff were beyond helpful with transportation, restaurant reservations, Covid tests.. Whatever we needed they were a text message away and it was taken care of. The location is amazing. Walking distance to so many shops, restaurants..etc in the Romantic Zone. Conchas Chinas beach was really special with the rock formations and nice soft sand. I can't say enough amazing things about the experience we had at Orchid 3C. It's five star all the way! Book it, you won't regret it! Thank you again Cinda and the Orchid team for making our vacation such a special one.

A Truly 5 Star Experience!

We can't say enough about how enjoyable our stay was at the Orchid! The unit not only lives up to the photos, it exceeds them. The living area is spacious, clean and inviting with spectacular views. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. And the beds are super comfortable with nice, new linens. The concierge service was excellent, as advertised. Hanz, our concierge, was so attentive and eager to help us in any way he could. He did a fantastic job getting our groceries for us before we arrived and was always quick to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. With the rooftop pool, bar, restaurant, and room service, we had all the benefits of staying in a resort with the added privacy and luxury that only comes with staying in a privately owned home. (Try the maragaritas - we found the Orchid makes the best in PV!) Conchas Chinas is a perfect location because it offers quick access to the great restaurants and action in the nearby Zona Romantica and downtown, while offering a very safe and quiet retreat, whether back at the condo building or on the local beaches. And what can we say about Cinda? She is such a fantastic host! From the first time we reached out with questions about the unit, she was responsive, informative, and genuinely interested in trying to make our trip as special as possible. You can see how thoughtful she is through all of the careful details and lovely amenities in the unit. Having her as the host really added to our entire experience, which was tremendous.

Absolutely amazing experience

Our entire experience from the moment I booked the condo through our departure was absolutely amazing. Cinda was so gracious and timely in her communications with us. She was quick to respond and clearly took time to cater to our specific requests on recommendations for our group. Our flight arrived early in the day and they accommodated an early check-in. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The condo unit and views are unbelievably breathtaking! The unit was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. The thoughtful amenities and clear attention to details made our stay even more amazing. (to highlight just a few of the extensive list: a couple of our favorite beverages and snacks, Vitamix, Keurig with YETI mugs, in unit laundry and cleaning supplies, slippers, shower loofahs, coolers, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, games, and even had Netflix preset with our hometown stations). The rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views was spectacular. The rooftop restaurant/bar had an amazing selection of food/beverages at an incredibly reasonable price and again the staff were attentive and friendly. The location was also ideal being right on a beautiful and quiet beach, a short walk to the Romantic Zone and the Malecon, and an easy Uber to anywhere else. My family enjoys trying out new countries so we don't usually go back to the same place but our experience here has made us think twice about a return visit!

The Orchid condos are truly spectacular. The views are stunning, the food was great, the condo was beautifully furnished and the management team was really helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Quite The Family Adventure

Absolutely amazing! Cinda is the most gracious host and she and the concierge made us feel like family. Throughout our stay, they were always easy to contact and were extremely helpful. The property is breathtaking and the staff was very accommodating. 3C is spacious and inviting, with jaw dropping views every second of the day. You really do get spoiled with an amazing sunset every evening. The rooftop views? Forget about it! 360 degree views up and down the coast and a great view of Los Arcos to the south and all of the PV coast to the north. Plus maybe some whales if you're lucky. At night it's even more spectacular. Just steps to the beach which is quiet and secluded. We could have spent a whole day there relaxing. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you Cinda for your wonderful hospitality.
