The ideal condo for your family vacation, friends' getaway or girls' trip! Harbour Place is in a prime location in the heart of Orange Beach directly on the beach. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping! Beach front pool with swim through indoor pool, and BBQ grilling area available on-site. Covered sitting areas by both BBQ spot and indoor pool. Brand new premium sliding glass door!

Relax and unwind in your new favorite home away from home with all the modern conveniences in this 5th floor, 3BR/3BA gulf front condo. Enjoy panoramic views of sugar white beaches and sparkling gulf water from your large covered balcony! Please note that 1 of the 2 elevators is currently out of service until new parts are delivered & installed.

Need a break from the sun? Living room features a 50-inch SMART TV to stream from your own NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc. account. A variety of games, puzzles and books are available. Kids will love the bunk room with 32-inch flat screen SMART TV. Bedroom 1 has a 32-inch flat screen and Bedroom 2 has a 27-inch ROKU TV. Working remotely? Our Wi-Fi will keep you connected while the gorgeous ocean views wash all your cares away.

Fully-stocked kitchen includes Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and slow-cooker.

Portable play pen, sand toys, beach chairs, and cooler available for use.

E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg - system disabled w balcony door open > 5min.. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

Parking for 2 cars - parking permit $32 per vehicle required. Monthly guests, please note, a new permit required per month. Covered parking is available under the building on a first come, first serve basis.

Our Favorite Place to Stay!

We come to Orange Beach and stay at the Harbour Place every year! 511 did not disappoint! We had zero issues during our stay, check in and out was super easy through Gulfsands Rentals. Everything was exactly the way it is described and the condo was very clean upon arrival.

Great location with spectacular eastern view

The bedrooms were very spacious with amazing views, and comfortable beds! The condo does need an ironing board/iron, but, I understand that is more of a personal need. I would stay at this condo again!

Great condo in convenient location!

My daughters and I had a great experience. The condo was clean and as described. My girls loved having their own bathrooms! The condo is in a convenient location to restaurants and shops. The only suggestion would be for there to be garbage chutes or something a little more convenient for renters to dispose of trash then at far end of parking lot. Had no issues during our stay and management was very responsive when we had a question regarding parking pass.

Amazing time in Orange Beach

We had an amazing time in orange beach at the Harbor Place Condos. The view is perfect, all of the beds were super comfortable, perfect location to grocery stores, dining, and fun. The kitchen is fully stocked, beach chairs, cooler, and toys were a plus! Minor things the owner wouldn’t know about unless they stayed here (had to hold the freezer door shut when getting ice, the condo is clean but could use a good deep clean. Absolutely nothing that would cause me not to return. We would definitely stay again.

It's a great condo and we enjoyed the stay. Checking at the business office to receive a code for the door when it could be sent in a text is such a waste of time. The patio door did not slide well and getting maintenance people to fix it never happened even after several phone calls.

Beautiful and very nice condo.

We enjoyed our stay at Harbour Place 511. It was comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. Very nice views since the condo is gulf front. It was nice having the elevator so close as well. The air conditioning kept the condo cool. There was a couple minor issues. The TV in the master bedroom didn’t have the same service as the living room so there wasn’t some channels we would have liked. The kids bedroom with the bunk bed was much warmer than the other bedrooms. We had strong winds early in the week and the winds caused a loud whistle noise around the balcony door.. Overall we had a wonderful week!

Beautiful Condo and Snowbirds the Best!

I really enjoyed the Condo because it was right on the beach! Beautiful as described, but the couch is wore out. The property manager made NO sense in driving five miles to pick up ONE piece of paper with directions and passcode to enter into condo. It could've been emailed and parking permit could've been left in Condo. They had to change the code anyway so why couldn't they left parking pass inside. Its just silly to drive 5 miles to pick up piece of paper with ONE code. In the past other Condos would've emailed that information. Also, day before they called right before the closed and expected me to call back within 30 minutes and then said I should've paid before that day. I had never had VRBO not take the whole payment before. It seems theres so many changes and they take away customer service. Even though the CONDO was nice-I wouldnt return because of their customer service.

Quiet getaway spot

We enjoyed the condo and loved that it was quiet and right on the beach. The heated pool was great for the kids and the walk to the beach was easy enough for our toddler. Pros - there were plenty of towels, linens and pillows for everyone. Kitchen was well appointed and everything had a labeled spot in the cabinets. Decorated cute. Plenty of floor space for extra guests in both ‘master bedrooms’. It was clean and smelled nice upon arrival, very homey. All appliances, TV and internet work well. Lots of seating for dining. Kids loved their own room, tucked in the corner. Cons - I wish there was a vacuum provided. We had a toddler in tow and he was constantly dirty because I couldn’t keep the floor clean. Broom and dustpan just didn’t cut it. There’s no counter space in any of the bathrooms (not an issue on a no frills beach trip but worth mentioning). Dryer is insanely noisy. Sofa is uncomfortable on the pull out bed side. Lastly, the sliding door needs adjusting/greased. It was so hard to move! It sounds like I’m tearing the place apart but really, we had a great visit. With a more comfortable sofa we could all veg on, it would have been absolutely perfect!

Easy access to beach

The condo was accommodating and had everything we needed. The dryer was inoperable from day 1 which was quite inconvenient. Other than that we had a great time.
