122 Philadelphia St.- Philadelphia Square unit 4.- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
Prime location in the second block of Philadelphia St. A three story town home located less than 2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk with off street parking for 2 cars plus two on street parking permits for the City of Rehoboth. The first floor provides a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with a half bath and a wet bar. The second floor includes one primary suite with full bath and two guest bedrooms that share an additional bathroom. There is a rear patio with seating and a gas grill, along with an outside shower are provided on the exterior. *This is a non smoking unit and pets are prohibited.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $234.50

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great stay over holiday! House was clean and kitchen well stocked. Easy check in/out instructions and property managers made sure we were all set before their offices closed for holiday. Such a great location to walk to downtown and the beach (even though it was chilly out!) Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Family time

Great neighborhood and the house was nicely stocked with kitchen supplies, games, grill and more! Easy walk to the beach and town. Parking was easy at the home and the two parking tags helped tremendously. Check-in was easy but wish there was an easier way to return the tags on the way home.

Everything we expected and the perfect distance from the beach

The property was great and satisfied all our needs over our short stay. It was very easy to walk fown to the boardwalk whenever we wanted due to how close it is! Rooms were clean and tidy, just generally a really nice place.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend as a group of 8 adults. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. It’s in walking distance of everything downtown Rehoboth has to offer. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this 4 bedroom condo was perfect for a week in Rehoboth. A short walk to the beach and a short walk to Rehoboth Avenue. The accommodations were first rate.

Summer 25

We had such a great time in Rehoboth beach- This property was perfect for our family. We had enough room to spread out and having three bathrooms was a plus! The kitchen table was perfect for card games after dinner. We all fit comfortably. Bill made everything so smooth from the reservation to check out and all the things in between. He was so quick to answer any questions for us. We would definitely work with him again! Thank you so much!

Amazing Location

My friends and I wanted a place close to the starting and finishing line for the Rehoboth Half-Marathon. The location of this place is perfect. You can get to the beach, restaurants, and bars within a 6-10 minute walk. We didn't need our cars at all for the entire weekend.

Quick getaway

The unit was immaculate! Super clean with all updated appliances. All the bedrooms were nice and beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Highly recommend this unit and would absolutely come back in the future.

Fabulous location, clean, roomy and great finishes. Outdoor trash was overflowing when we arrived maybe due to Monday holiday? Almost missed Thursday trash pickup due to requirement that all trash be in a green trash bag. Maybe add note in trash closet about green bag requirement? Dishwasher on delay start and Couldn’t determine how to remove delay. Later check out time preferable - 10am check out time was challenging with our large group. Would stay again. Had a great time - thanks!

Great spot, but management company was a hassle

The rental was a great location for our trip, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious, and everything was clean. The only annoyance was that the management company handled ... nothing. I had to get keys from their office (which actually was just a slip of paper with a code - could have been an email!), make and strip our own beds, and bring our own paper products. They gave me no details in advance, to the point of not having the actual address until I called the day of. I'm unsure what the management company does other than collect dollars.

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time. The house was in a great location, a little hard for older guests to get to the beach, but overall not bad. We did have issues with the lock on the front door as well as trash/recycling collection. I believe the battery on the lock was going dead, so we got locked out. The management company was quick to respond and gave us two sets of keys for the remainder of our stay. The trash and recycling were sort of a mess. Having the property rent Saturday to Saturday with pickups on Tuesday and Thursday wasn’t ideal. The previous tenant’s items were still in the bins and with it being a holiday week, the bins were overly full all week. With seven people in one house, that’s a little hard to navigate. Overall, the property was great and we loved the area. I’d recommend taking some new photos that do it better justice! We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

Great location! Great place.! Very clean and comfortable! Several minor issues : filter on refrigerator water needs to be changed. Water was not good. Please add “Bring own paper products”to requirements for your stay. There was no toilet part or paper towels upon our arrival. Nor was there any dish or dishwasher soap

Really comfortable and solid space, close to everything!

The place was not cleaned when we showed up, but that was quickly resolved by the rental company. Otherwise, we had no complaints — the space is very comfortable and, as mentioned in the title, felt very solid and spacious for a couple and four 17-year old girls. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to hang out, and the table was big enough for regular family dinners. The kitchen is well-stocked and we had most dinners at home. We also didn’t really hear neighbors on either side, even though we initially worried we would. Thank you for a great week, in a great space, with an excellent location — close enough to the beach and shops, but far enough way that it is well in the residential neighborhood, and not noisy.
