À propos du quartier

Palm Desert

Hi there! I’m Glenn, and I’m proud to call Fountain Valley, California, my home. I love being a host because it gives me the chance to share the warm, welcoming spirit of my community with others. When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me enjoying time outdoors, supporting local businesses, or volunteering at community events. I’m passionate about making sure guests have a great experience, and I always strive to create a space that feels like home. I look forward to welcoming you and hope you’ll enjoy your stay!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert because it offers the perfect balance of beauty, convenience, and community. From the moment you enter the gates, you're surrounded by stunning mountain views, lush green fairways, and meticulously maintained landscaping. It feels like a peaceful oasis, yet it's just minutes from the best shopping, dining, and entertainment Palm Desert has to offer.

What we enjoy most about the neighborhood is how welcoming and vibrant it is. Whether you’re relaxing on the patio watching golfers go by, taking a sunset walk through the quiet streets, or chatting with friendly neighbors at the clubhouse, there’s a true sense of community here. We love being just steps away from one of the 37 pools—it’s like having a resort experience right outside your door.

On any given morning, you’ll see people out walking their dogs, riding bikes, or heading to the tennis courts. The south-facing orientation of our home means it’s filled with sunlight all day, and the evenings bring cool desert breezes and glowing mountain silhouettes. It’s a place that feels both luxurious and comfortable—an ideal setting for enjoying everything the desert lifestyle has to offer.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

What makes our property truly unique is its south-facing orientation, offering all-day natural light and stunning views of the golf course, palm trees, and distant mountains. This direction is highly coveted in the desert, not just for the warm light it brings into the home, but also for the picture-perfect sunsets and peaceful evening glow. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, the patio becomes a front-row seat to the beauty of the desert.

Another feature that sets this home apart is its location—just steps from one of Monterey Country Club’s 37 pools and spas. It feels like you have your own private resort right outside your door. No long walks or drives—just grab your towel and go. You're also centrally located within the community, offering quick access to tennis courts, the fitness center, golf, and the beautifully appointed clubhouse, which often hosts fun events and social gatherings.

Inside, the home is fully upgraded with stylish, modern finishes that strike the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. The open floor plan creates an inviting flow from the kitchen to the living and dining areas, with large sliding glass doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and upgraded countertops, ideal for preparing meals or entertaining friends and family.

The layout is designed with comfort in mind—spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, and thoughtful touches throughout. The master suite offers privacy and relaxation with views of the greenbelt and easy access to the patio.

What truly makes this property stand out is the blend of location, upgrades, and that unbeatable desert ambiance. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled escape with access to world-class amenities, this home delivers the ideal Palm Desert experience with comfort, convenience, and style.
