location is great. the beach access is really easy.condo was clean and well kept. the air conditioning could have worked a little better was still comfortable. all together we had a great time. the only complaint that we had would be that the elevators are awful. not ventilated and the wait times are unacceptable. my sister actually stayed an extra day in the condo next to ours and informed us that just after we checked out and got loaded that the elevators actually stopped working for a couple of hours. we were lucky to get off the 20th floor with our stuff

Family friendly, fun place

The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Kitchen well stocked with spices and cooking/baking/serving items. The pools were usually active, but not overcrowded. Easy access to the beach. They only thing I could think needs improvement would be explanation on how parking works. I had questions that the property management was unable to answer clearly, and I wasn't able to find a contact to Splash to get answers. I was concerned in the weeks leading up to the trip if we would be able to park our 3 cars, etc, which I think is a reasonable expectation for a room that sleeps up to 11. There were no issues with that at check in and I would confidently book again.

Spring Break 23

We stayed over Spring Break with another family. We had 6 kids and 5 adults. The condo was so spacious. We never felt like we were not top of each other. The access to the pool and beach was amazing. The lady checking for wristbands at the pool was very nice. She made sure all adults had bands on and kids had parents at the pools with them. It was nice knowing people from the beach weren’t just coming up and making it crowded. This was a very family friendly place to stay. We will be back.

Perfect for Families!

We had the best time at Splash in 2006W! There were 9 of us from ages 9 to 80, and there was something for everyone! The condo was beautiful and very well-stocked. The elevator was definitely a challenge, especially at check-in time (4pm), but it was not too bad otherwise. My only suggestion is to update the listing since the property no longer has the arcade; it has been replaced by the coffee/ice cream shop; it was very good, too! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Splash Resort 2006W

The property was nice but had several issues that should have been addressed before it was rented to us or anyone else. The refrigerator was not working, at all, when we arrived. We had already purchased and picked up all of our food for the whole trip, so that was a VERY big issue. Getting someone to our condo to take care of the issue was an even bigger problem. Finally, by the end of the second day, they brought in two smaller refrigerators, that were literally jam packed with all of our food, very hard to open because the doors were against the bar/island, and they were in our way the rest of our trip. The owner purchased a new refrigerator instead of having the old one repaired. When they came to take the old one away, it was a nightmare! The man who was there to remove the old one and bring in the new one was very rude. He took a very long time, because the frig was too large to fit through the entrance door, and he left the entrance door open, so he wouldn't have to move the frig, and in doing so, made the ac unit shut off, due to the entrance door being ajar. Then when he FINALLY got the new frig to the opening where it goes, it was too large. Instead of having to go through all of this again, we told management to just leave it until we left. It was in our way as well, the rest of our trip. The sofa smelled like human feces, so no one could sit on it. You're on your own if you arrive after 5:00 pm., because there's absolutely no one there to assist you. You have to call and pray you get someone. When we arrived, the elevators were very backed up and one of them got stuck between floors and the fire department had to come. They were very slow and backed up much of the time. The drains around the pools were stopped up completely, which was a fall hazard and unsanitary. The bed in the small bedroom was lumpy and very uncomfortable, and the bathtub in the small bathroom looked dirty and grimy. Also, the toilet stopped up frequently in this bathroom. There was a toilet plunger sitting by the toilet, which is a tell tell sign that the toilet has issues. The plunger just sat on the floor without any holder, which is gross and unsanitary. The condo is nice and has beautiful views of the ocean front. There is a picture window in the living room, which is a bonus, especially when you have small children and don't feel comfortable with them being outside on the 20th floor. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Beautiful view!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Usually the floors are still dirty but not here! My children ran around while we unpacked things and their feet weren't black on the bottoms from a dirty floor. If I could recommend anything it would be to add grill spatulas and tongs. Also a few more dish towels as well as bath towels. A broom would have been handy as well. I would rent this condo again!
