Nous espérons que vous apprécierez votre séjour et trouvez notre condo pour avoir tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer le plus de temps possible! Venez profiter du plus grand patio enveloppant qu'offre Splash. La vue sur les piscines et la plage est magnifique, et rester au dernier étage vous permet un accès facile par des escaliers si vous ne voulez pas attendre l'ascenseur pendant les mois chargés! Et avons-nous mentionné les couchers de soleil? 101E, avec ses grandes fenêtres dans chaque pièce ainsi que le balcon, en font un paradis pour les spectateurs au coucher du soleil!

Condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain situé au 1er étage - 1702 pi.ca.

La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire, une douche et une double vasque. Accès direct au patio.

2ème chambre dispose d'un lit queen et offre également un accès au patio latéral.

2e salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche combo et située en face de la 2e chambre

La troisième chambre est l'unité de verrouillage ou la suite parentale. Cette chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un nouvel ensemble de lits jumeaux superposés, une kitchenette avec un mini-réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, une salle de bains privative avec une baignoire / douche combo ainsi qu'un accès au patio latéral.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The condo was super clean, and the room set up was perfect for us (four adults and a baby). We loved having the options to swim (choice of pools!), walk the beach (clean and family friendly), or hang out on the balcony watching dolphins and birds. The poolside bar and grill had a good selection and the food was great. The kitchen was well supplied with pans and dinnerware for dining-in. We appreciated the short elevator ride to the first floor, and having the stairs as a viable plan B. The parking was convenient—it was easy to safely transport all our things from car to condo via the bridge. Communication with the owners was terrific both before and during our stay. We would love to come back in the future.

We love staying at the splash resort! We always stay with the same family who has multiple units within the property. They are always great with communication and make the process a breeze! Overall our stay was amazing! The owners were very quick to respond and get help with the few minor things we found! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our group! The kids had a blast and ranged in age from 6-14 and there was plenty for everyone to do! Being on the first floor was convenient!

Great condo!!

Condo was very nice and the resort was fun for the whole family esp the kids. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa so we had plenty of room!! Had a great view too and a nice sitting area on the extended balcony.

Perfect location!

It is in the perfect location. Right on the beach. The condo was spacious and well supplied with the necessities. The pools were great for the kids and it was nice that they were heated.

Yearly family trip to PBC

The condo was everything I thought it would be. We had a great view (1st floor) due to having the pool area partially under the building. The kids loved the pool & kid play area. I loved the west end because it is close to everything, but away from all the traffic the east end seems to have at times.We will be marking this stay with a big heart for loved!The Andrews family!

This property is an excellent location for Grandparents, children and grandchildren.

The property is set up perfectly for whole family. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you could need. (Excellent quality kitchen cooking equipment) The splash pad and covered pool are excellent for kids and for getting out of sun. We had an amazing time. Highly recommended this property.

Our names are Megan and Brian Meisner. We live in Richmond, VA and have 2 young daughters, a young son, and 2 Westies named Wrigley & Rizzo. We also own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 102W, which we have owned since 2013.

We purchased Splash 101E in March 2017 with Brian's parents, Fred & Gloria Meisner. Fred & Gloria own a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom / and Bunk bed condo on the 1st floor at Splash - 107E.

We hope you enjoy Panama City Beach as much as we do!

Splash is a family-friendly oasis that will help you, your family and friends really 'get away from it all!' With all of the pools, kids 'splash' areas, lazy river, poolside bar and oh gorgeous beach; you are sure to enjoy every minute of your stay here. Located conveniently on Front Beach Road, you are only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and entertainment (Pier Park) sure to fit everyone's taste. Our unit is located on the lowest floor of the East Tower, so your time spent in the elevator is minimal allowing you more time to enjoy all Splash has to offer. Enjoy!

You will find that being on the lowest floor of Splash is a very nice benefit! Even though you are on the lowest floor, you are still three stories up -- giving you fantastic views without the long elevator ride, especially during the summer months! Splash 101E is the only condo at Splash with a wraparound balcony, which is truly unique! Each bedroom has access to a balcony, and the Master Bedroom & Living Room have access to a huge balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Also, our unit comes with a free rental of two beachfront padded lounge chairs & umbrella reserved for our tenants between March 1st - October 31st. Now you don't have to rush down to the beach to get that perfect spot, because we have already reserved it for you! So sit back, relax, and enjoy every minute of your stay here at Splash 101E. Oh, and don't forget to tell your friends!
