We loved our stay so much!! The location was perfect, and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. The only thing I wish the condo had was its own washer/dryer, but there is one (shared) right outside of the condo that was easily accessible. Thank you for having us! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Perfect location. Within walking distance to everything! Beach was incredible. Place had just enough room for my 16 year old son and I. Hoping to book another trip with my husband and will definitely stay here if available!

The Condo was clean. It was very close to the action! The hosts were wonderful to work with. Cannot wait to stay next year! The porch was our favorite. We could see people going by and could see the ocean if we stretched!!

Condo was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Very close to the beach. Condo needs some platic cups and plates and new scissors and knife. Could also use new mattress.

Pool and hot tub were very nice. The place was very clean. Easy access to the beach. Our only issue was that the bed mattress was much too soft. We had to go get my wife a back-brace after only one night.

Beautiful view

I absolutely loved the balcony. The pool was very close so my kid could go and I could watch her. Only complaint, dishwasher smelt terrible and I couldn’t use but I just washed dishes in the sink! Beautiful beautiful place for the money!

A wonderful stay! Awesome location too. Super close to beach! The only downfall was being on the first floor so we cdnt see water from porch but not a biggie. Nothing fancy bc we wanted simple, but clean & very cute! Bed comfortable & great shower pressure. Air conditioner was phenomenal, just needs a new clean filter. Very satisfied w stay!!!

Stay for the location not the condo

We have stayed in lots of rentals and this was not the greatest. The location was perfect and that’s what made the trip. Across the road from the beach and 1/2 a mile from bad ass coffee shop. The rental wasn’t the cleanest and the neighbors sounded like they were coming through the roof. There are better stays with just as good of a location for the $$.

Exceptional Stay & Location

We had the absolute BEST time visiting Destin/Miramar Beach area. This condo was hands down all we anticipated it to be and MORE. The pictures do not do it justice. From the minute we walked in we felt as though we were at home. It was clean, fully stocked with anything and everything you might need and literally right across the street from the beach; a hop, skip and a jump away! I would recommend this property to all my friends and family and if we’re ever back in the area (we typically frequent PCB) we will definitely, without hesitation, stay here again should it be.

Beautiful but noisy

The location is amazing and the view is beautiful! However, will will have to get a top floor room next time. The people staying above us sounded like a marching band of rhinoceros at all hours. They left and even the next couple checking in did the same thing. Also, there were small windows by the back door, which we were by the road, so anyone could have looked in because there were no blinds or curtains for them.

I am grateful that you found the location to be great and the view beautiful. It is a shame that there was noise by the people upstairs and wish there were something we could have done about it. I always recommend guest of ours if there is noise from others to always reach out to security, office or HOA. Typically, we will do our best to contact HOA ourselves as an attempt if it is after noise ordinance time. I have made notes about the small window to see if we can have that addressed. Nice condo!

Condo was clean. Great location, steps from the beach and the pool. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Space was perfect for 2 people. Our biggest disappointment was the entire time we were there the hot tub was not working...it was ice cold. Several other people who were staying in the complex had contacted maintenance but it was never fixed. The pool was advertised as heated..but water was never warm enough to get in. That was our only issues. Would stay there again when we visit Destin. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Nice Unit, but

The unit was very nice, my only disappointment was the mattress and the pull out sofa are very broken down and should have been replaced a long time ago. I weight 190 lbs and my wife weight is much less than mine, so we are not obese. We had to sleep on the very edge of the mattress to avoid rolling to the center of the bed. When sitting on the sofa to watch TV we needed to sit on pillows to not feel like I was sitting on a beanbag chair. With that being said I would definitely return and recommend the unit if the mattress and sofa get replaced, because everything else was great!

We loved the space. The location was 100% the best part. The only single issue we had was Ants. But they were so easy to communicate with and unfortunately ants aren’t something you can take care of overnight. I don’t think the “problem” is the unit itself, the pool was full of them as well. I think the entire place needs treated but not something that seems easy to do. They did come and treat that exact same day and it helped get them somewhat under control. Also something to take note of that I wasn’t aware of, laundry is available, however it’s about 5 a load. Every single other thing about this property was great!
