Our host was excellent. She was responsive to our questions, clear in her responses and very ready to help. The renovations to this property are beautiful, and despite it being a 4 plex, very quiet.

The place was very well appointed and really clean. All the modern appliances you could ever want. Grilling on the deck overlooking the ocean was incredible. Morning coffee out there likewise was special- watched the bluebirds go for a ride on a stag, then the turkeys on parade. There isn’t a location quite like this! Our kids and small dog loved it here and you will too!

Only complant bed too tall, master bedroom tv is on side of bed making it uncomfortable to watch in bed. Otherwise nice place.

A very lovely home! The views from the decks were fabulous and the property manager extremely helpful!The yard is securely fenced, however, bring a good brush and comb for your pup as everywhere we went there was nature!Absolutely recommend!

Comfortable

Property needs a deep clean. Beds and linens were clean, however the floors were dirty, cabinets had food spots and walls had marks. I swept old pet hair and dirt in every room, and with no mop available, I had to use clorox wipes to spot clean the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Massage chairs were nice, although the one closest to the windows didnt work. My family enjoyed our stay, however if I have to pay a pet deposit, I would expect a clean house.

Beautiful property and view site

Beautiful immaculate well furnished property with awesome views from both floors. I appreciated the accessible shower on the upper floor as age and balance can be an issue. The stairs both interior and exterior are very steep and can be hazardous for someone with age or mobility issues and for getting suitcases, food etc to the lower living level. Access to the installed stair chair would have been helpful. Very well stocked kitchen and utensils. Bring extra Keurig pods.

A pleasant time in Cambria

Pluses: quiet neighborhood with good views from house. Well-stocked kitchen with wide array of condiments, pots, pans, and tableware. Soap, shampoo in baths. Plenty of pillows and blankets in bedrooms. We really liked JJ’s pizza and Linn’s restaurant. Minuses: word of caution, especially to seniors - steep stairs to first level, with sharp turn at landing. Directions on how to turn on heat using remote controls would be appreciated. (We were looking for a thermostat!). We would also have appreciated access to the washer and dryer. Overall, we would return to this property.

NICE GETAWAY

My husband and I wanted together away and do some easy hiking with our pup. Coastal Vista was perfect. We found great views on our walks around the preserve and saw the elephant seals. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. We highly recommend this beautiful home. It is very well cared for.

Cambria Girls Get Away

This was the perfect property for our girls get away
party of 4. Conveniently located to a number of activities and beaches. The house was super comfortable with the coziest beds ever. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect house if you had a dog; super secure fencing. Having the two floors provides a lot of privacy if needed.

The host is wonderful. From the front of house it doesn’t do look special, but the pictures on Verbo make it know. Beds so comfortable, recliners beyond expectations. The kitchen well stocked. The patios & fenced yard, just beyond explaining views of local wildlife, trees & the ocean.

Delightful home

Excellent for pets. Fenced yard, easy maintenance floors throughout. Instant response from manager when we had questions. Beautiful view and great layout for two couples. Cambria is a delightful place to visit and we enjoyed Robin's an eclectic restaurant in the town. The food was delicious.

Once again, wonderful!

We rarely stay at the same place when traveling. This is our exception - visited two years in a row. Comfortable and relaxing. View of the coast line and lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, hawks, etc.). Great communication with host. Wonderful time, once again.

Nice well appointed and clean home. Spectacular, Ocean view and Sunset view from top deck although quite small. Appointments were nice but travel from the upper story down to the lower story were problematic. The furniture was comfortable. The water pressure in the beautiful upstairs shower was almost nonexistent.

Cambria and the coast- line north have always been a favorite, with little hidden beaches and a quiet pace. These treasured spots usually are less frequented by people, giving you the feeling that you have your own private beach. Coastal Vista was purchased to be a retreat and home to relax and enjoy the coast, with my family, friends and Host Guests. I also have a home in Downtown Paso Robles that I Host.
