Spécial Pré Rénovation! Vues de la plage et du coucher de soleil!

Condo pré rénové. Nous allons rénover cette unité à partir de mai. Nous avons nettoyé le logement, les tapis ont été lavés et il y a un nouveau lit King confortable dans le lit principal. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour, y compris un Keurig. Des chaises de plage, des serviettes et un parasol sont fournis. Il y a le câble et le sans fil. Veuillez regarder de plus près les images, nous avons dû enlever une partie du mobilier intégré et nous n’accordons que peu d’importance à la décoration. Cependant, la propreté et l'emplacement seront de premier ordre. Si vous recherchez un emplacement fabuleux, en face de la plage avec vue sur le coucher du soleil et que vous souhaitez renoncer à un ameublement de luxe, etc., alors ceci pourrait être la location idéale pour vous. En plus de la proximité de la plage, cette unité se trouve en face du JW Marriott.

The unit number (503) was really good for us because my husband has a bad knee. We parked in the guest spot so we were close to the property gate and elevator which was close to the condo. Also the laundry was close. There is a washer and dryer in each floor.The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable. Modern kitchen with everything you’d need. The guest bedroom is very small but cute. The bed is a twin so if you stay here it only good for one child or anyone who could sleep in a twin bed. The bathroom has a roomy shower and is very clean.Me and my husband were comfortable here.

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several apartments here & this has been by far our favorite! Everything is new and so clean. The apartment has everything you can think to need- I felt so at home. My 11 year old loved having her own little room. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great condo, amazing location, and all the comforts of home.

We plan to make this our "go to" destination for all future events at the JW Marriott. Right across the street, but with all the comforts of home. Hosts were flexible with last minute changes in travel plans. Highly recommend Snook Inn and Crabby Lady.

Perfect Marco Island Condo

This was a beautiful updated condo with tasteful decor and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. All high end from kitchen to furnishings. Location was perfect with a beach access right across the street. Many restaurants and shops near by, the Dolphin Explorer 3 hour excursion was fabulous, should not miss that one in particular. Looking forward to our next stay.

We are thrilled to also own this condo, because it has the best location and views! We completed this renovation to feel like home to our family and our guests!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location and the views! Our condo is perfect for a short or long term stay, finished with a desire to provide our guests a high end 5 star experience! It is directly across from the beach access path, so you can be on the beach in minutes! It is also a great alternative to the the larger hotels on the island, where you can enjoy more space, a full kitchen, pool, and tennis. The location across from the JW Marriott is great because you can utilize many of the amenities at the JW, from the restaurants, and restrooms while you are enjoying a day at the beach, to the Spa and their beautiful rooftop restaurant Tesoro and the fun 10 k Alley.
