Freshly Renovated Pool Home - Close to Crystal River

Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with BBQ grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute trip to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($100 or $200/mo per pet). The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

We were mostly here to sleep between golf rounds so it worked well being close to Black Diamond. It’s an older house in a neighborhood that seems a bit run down but we had no issues. Clean house and everything worked. We never went out back or used the pool so can’t attest to any of that.

Awesome stay

This house had all we wished for from comfortable beds all with tv’s to a fully stocked kitchen, located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and parks. The children’s favorite was a large pool with floats and noodles for fun times

I'm a real estate Broker and I live and work in Citrus County. I also own a vacation rental house in on a canal in Crystal River. I love this area and all it has to offer! I am a transplant from the northeast (Jersey/New York state) and I love the Florida lifestyle!

This is a newly renovated home with a private pool (was the first home I lived in when I relocated to FL), it has a great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, laundry facilities, private garage for your bicycles (if you want to bring them), fenced yard. It is a 3 minute drive to Winn Dixie or Publix and local restaurants. Only a 10 minute drive to the Crystal River and Gulf of Mexico where you can go fishing, boating, swim with the manatees, etc.
