This house is situated on the 7th hole of the Lake Side Country Club and is perfect for those golfing enthusiasts traveling with their family. Relax by the pool or on the enclosed patio during the day and enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. The Withlacoochee bike trail and Historic Downtown Inverness that has some lovely restaurants are close by . Watch the horses strolling around Lake Connell in the early mornings. There are many lovely springs in the area to visit. Disney world Orlando is an hour drive away.
The house is open and spacious with many places to sit and relax. The lounge has a 58" TV. The patio/sun room is closed in to keep the heat and bugs out. The main bedroom is en suite and has a king size bed. The second bedroom also has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full over full bunk bed with single trundle underneath.
There is also a TV in the sun room as well as the main bedroom.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and will be great for cooking family dinners.
Meals can be enjoyed at the kitchen counter, dinning room table or outside on the pool deck.
There is a washer and dryer in the house so you can do laundry or dry swimming towels as necessaryGuests have access to the whole house. The garages and a closet in the main bedroom is not accessible to guests as the owners keep their personal belongings in there.
NO PETS ALLOWED - You will be fined $350 and asked to vacate the property.
The nightly rate includes the heating of the hot tub and pool. $100 fine will be charged if the pool/hot tub is not switched back to pool mode after use.
