A: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed outside only — with windows and doors closed. Please clean up afterward.

Q: Who can use the resort amenities?
A: All registered guests are welcome! Just send me the names of anyone in your group 48 hours prior to check-in so I can get them added.

The house was in a good area and was exactly what we expected per the photos on the listing. The kitchen was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of us to relax and hang out together. It was a bit cooler than expected so we didn’t get to use the pool as much as we had hoped, but the kids had fun when they were in there and it was nice that we had a personal pool as well as access to the clubhouse pool for more space. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay here again if we come back to the area.

We had an amazing stay! The themed rooms were absolutely adorable and made the whole trip extra special for our family. The host’s communication was excellent—quick, helpful, and super friendly throughout our stay. The location was perfect for visiting Disney World; it made getting to the parks so easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights before we made our way to Disney World. We had six adults and two children, ages, 11 months and five years old. The space worked very well for our family as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Initially, upon our arrival on Friday and within a couple hours, we could tell the AC was not working. I contacted Amanda and she responded very quickly to address the situation. She kept me updated and did let me know as she would not be able to send someone out to fix it until the next day. Although the first 24 hours were not unbearable due to having a little bit cooler weather, it was uncomfortable. The repairman arrived late Saturday morning, the next day, and did determine that the AC was not working properly and was able to repair it after several hours. Amanda did voluntarily refund one night stay less daily cleaning fees and vbro fees. I appreciated the timely refund without asking. The location was very convenient to grocery stores, Target, Walgreens, etc. The small inground pool was very welcome by adults and kids, and it was a nice relaxing way to end the evening. We felt very safe in the area, check in and out were simple and easy, and an extra vehicle was allowed for parking, which was a necessity for us as we had two different families traveling.I highly recommend Amanda‘s VBRO home and if traveling to the area, we would stay here again.

Our host was wonderful! She gave us recommendations, answered all questions, and responded in a timely manner. The property is located near Disney, and there were plenty of amenities in the vicinity. Definitely a great family retreat!

The house was very clean and organized. Perfect setup for a family with kids. The pool was the icing on the cake after a long day at Disney. Amanda was very quick to respond and went over and above accommodating us. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family had an excellent stay at this property. The home was exactly as advertised—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was the location; being so close to Disney made our trip incredibly convenient, saving us both time and effort each day. The host, Amanda, was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire process, from booking through check-out. She made sure all of our questions were answered promptly and that we felt well taken care of. We also felt the property was a great value for the price, especially given the quality of the home and its proximity to the parks. Overall, the experience was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

This makes 3 years in a role that my family and I have booked this property. We absolutely love it and will continue to book if going to WDW. It is in a great location for food, theme parks and having back street routes to bypass heavy traffic is nice as well. The host Amanda is always friendly and easy to reach. She does anything she can to accommodate us and we greatly appreciate that. We highly recommend this property!

Such a great host, she is very helpful with all of your questions, both big and small! The house itself is sooooo nice and it's very pretty and very safe. While visiting with our kid and family we had tons of fun in the private swimming pool too! The staff in the clubhouse is very welcoming and friendly with many amenities to offer as well! We will be back next time!

Beautiful home with great potential

My children and I took a trip to Universal Studios. This property was perfect for 4 and well decorated. The home owner was amazing and very accommodating. Nothing but amazing things to say about the communication and checkin process. However, as a VRBO owner of a cabin in Pinetop, I do recommend a few things be addressed. There is a large chunk taken out of one of the tiles in the kitchen and my son cut his toe on it. That needs to be addressed in efforts to not cause other accidents. One towel was left per guest for a 6 night stay, pool was very dirty upon arrival and was cleaned days after we arrived. I found 2 steak bones at the bottom of the pool and BBQ hand prints on the outer walls of the patio. The family before us must have had a party as there was popped balloons and confetti on the living room floor, patio and floating in pool. However, please do not let this review discourage you from renting as I am confident the homeowner will address these issues as she was absolutely amazing and attentive. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway in Orlando.

Fantastic Place

The place was amazing. The host made sure we were taken care of and enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean when we showed up and we even had stuff we didnt expect to be provided with. And the best part for the kids was the pool amd themed bedrooms!! We would definitely highly recommend and will be staying again.

Family Vacation

Great communication with the host, She responded on time. Everything was clean organize well kept we love the patio , We love the pool. The rooms were awesome. The beds was so comfortable. I grew up in Florida, and am now a Northern Virginian, but I can never stay away from the Sunshine State and Mickey for too long.

When I was looking for a property, I wanted to find a place that would be a nice oasis after a long day at theme parks, and also a place that felt like home to me. Paradise Palms offers not only a private pool, but the communal pool is gorgeous, has a tiki bar, and there is even a movie theater and convenience mart at the clubhouse. It's also close to many of my favorite restaurants and shopping, which makes it an ideal place to just hang out in for a few days.

We have amazing murals by local artist Paul Labelle, a lovely patio with a private backyard, and unless I'm asleep, you have me. I strive to be available for our guests. Most nights if you are checking in late, I stay up to make sure you got in okay. I make myself available during the day and always get back to your inquiries. Or, if you would prefer, I can be invisible. It's up to you!
