Latitude adjustment is one side of a duplex (two sides). Please note, because this property is a duplex some amenities will be shared between both sides of the property.

Latitude Adjustment is one side of a NEW 5BD/4.5BA duplex located on the North end of Carolina Beach! This beautiful property is located less than a mile from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and only 1.5 miles to Freeman Park! Beach access is located just across the street! Enjoy a relaxing evening cooking dinner on the grill or lounging on one of the 3 decks! Your vacation is bound to be memorable in this gorgeous home!

Perfection!
This is the third time we have stayed at this property and we will continue to come back. The house is well laid out, well decorated, comfortable, and has everything two families with kids could want/need. There is plenty of space to hang out with plenty of seating. There are excellent views from both the front and back of the house. The location is perfect - very walkable to the boardwalk and surrounding areas. We can't wait to come back next year!

Weekend stay
The house is beautiful. The views and rooms are beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. The elevator is such a big help with groceries etc. You can tell there is a lot of love put into the home. Weirdly the internet didn’t work all weekend. We asked the property manager but they never responded about the router. We also had issues with dirty towels but the company brought new ones right away. I wish they had chairs etc all the way at the top because the views were incredible.

Perfect Beach Home!!
The home is exactly as described and even better in person! We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 2 1/2. During our trip there were beach toys, a wagon and chairs available for our use. The location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to everything else. The hosts were gracious and responsive. They made the check in and out super simple. We will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect CB Spot
We visit Carolina Beach regularly and this house is by far our favorite place to stay. This was our second time staying here. The house is open and clean with comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. The best part is the closeness to the beach and the boardwalk area. Very walkable! Can’t wait to stay here again soon!
