We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend with our large family, and this home was absolutely perfect for us! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy being together. The house had everything we needed, and the pool was definitely a highlight! We spent so much time swimming, relaxing at the beach and poolside, and just enjoying being together. It was the perfect place for making memories, celebrating, laughing, and spending quality time as a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this home for a large family gathering. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The beach is a very short walk away and very easy to access! The house is huge and elevator is great for luggage at check in and out for those staying up on the third floor. Very clean with great A/C! The house has a large blow up mattress and twin fold up mattress with tons of sheets and extra blankets available for use! The little play room was very cute and stocked with lots of toys for little kids. The kitchen had a large selection of cooking items however was missing oven mitts, scissors and a pizza cutter which might be good to buy or bring for a stay. The pool was great and the host was very responsive when we needed someone to come out. The town has a lot to do and my kids loved the indoor putt putt! Also Wake and Bake had the best donuts!! We had a great time!

It was very roomy and comfortable for everyone. The location was beautiful. Great view of the ocean from our house. The walkway to beach was just across the street. The pool and hot tub were very nice. I would recommend this house to anyone. I contacted the owner and he responded immediately. Great great great!!!!

Great vacation house!

Quite spacious which is perfect for a large group. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Beach access was very easy. Only disappointment was that there is no bathroom (nor half-bath) for those sleeping in the 2nd king bedroom upstairs. They had to go to another floor to relieve themselves or shower. Otherwise, it was great!

I’ve been renting beach homes for years & this was my least favorite. It appears no money has been put back into the property for years. Also we had a storm and it was 2 days before they came and cleaned the pool of all the debris, so we couldn’t swim in it! For the size of the home we had a small table & 4 chairs under the patio. The cushions on all the outdoor furniture was torn & so nasty we wouldn’t have sat on them anyway! The kitchen was nice, but the icemaker didn’t work. There’s a lot that could have been done to improve the house, such as some new bedspreads. The flies were terrible, we killed hundreds of them, couldn’t understand why they were so bad, went & got fly strips but that didn’t help. One plus was we were right across the street from the beach access. I certainly wouldn’t rate this house very well!

Cheryl was a challenging guest to say the least. Right from the beginning. Whereas I’m not so sure I agree with all she said, she has provided some beneficial feedback where we can improve and we will certainly move to do that. Additionally, Please note: our pool is serviced professionally 3 times a week in the summer. There is also a pool skimmer/net at the property so guests can clean debris as needed. In this case, I’m sorry that the storm ended with debris in the pool. However, this in no way prohibited anyone from using the pool. It’s safe to say that we will not see Cheryl again and that is fine with us. We have had plenty of pleasant guests who have enjoyed our home and return each year!

Beach vacation

Good location, nice place, several things went wrong but management was very responsive. Pool light never worked so couldn’t use the pool at night(wasn’t happy about that. They could do a better job on cleaning the pool area and patio before new families take over. All in all very nice trip.

Our stay was excellent! The space and proximity was so convenient to all we needed and wanted. The only thing that wasn’t as listed was the hot tub. But of course we were there during the hot summer months so we didn’t miss it. We were there with 14 people and everyone had plenty of space to move about and be comfortable. The host was very attentive to email communications. Highly recommend staying here if you need space and close access to the beach.

We really work hard for our guests and it’s disturbing to receive anything less than a 5star review. Where I can certainly understand that sometimes circumstances warrant a review less than 5stars, this particular situation can’t be the case. It’s also frustrating when there are no comments to accompany the review. This particular guest asked us to cancel the reservation with full refund the day before check in, and we tried to work with her the best we could. It didn’t work out. It stinks that our ratings take a hit as a result. Oh well. We will keep trying our best!!!
