Spacious relaxing villa very close to Disney and Universal

The house is in a great location. 12 minute drive to Disney's Animal Kingdom and 22 minute drive to Universal Orlando Resort. The house is also a 7 minute Drive to the newly developed Sunset Walk with plenty of good places to eat and good entertainment. There is a Walmart Supercenter and a Publix supermarket 8 minutes away for all your grocery needs.

Relax on the outdoor private jetted hot tub after a day of walking in the parks with a nice view of a natural reserve. The House is perfectly situated within the Paradise Palms community. It is on a side street away from the noise of Paradise Palms with no neighbors on the back of the house.

The house has a lot of fun and relaxing amenities including:

-No additional fee is charged for use of BBQ but you will be charged a BBQ cleaning fee if you don’t clean it before you leave

The house was well represented in the listing, a very comfortable and well laid out house! Would definitely stay again. Any concerns were attended to promptly, and the resort was a pleasure to stay in!

Golf Trip

Great hot tub and pool, close to golf courses that we play. Kitchen well stocked. No issues of any king. Would stay here again. Will try to book for next year.

Family Gathering

We chose the property due to the 2 first floor bedrooms as well as the walk in shower in the master bedroom. The house was clean and well stocked. The other family we met there that rented another property close by kept commenting on how well stocked the house was. All the kitchen essentials were there plus some. The pool and hot tub were comfortable and clean. The only negative is the distance from the Clubhouse. It's a walk through a wetland area to get to the club house and snakes were sighted during a couple of times. Using the trail after dark was questionable. Overall the house did not disappoint and would stay here again.

House was as listed. Pool was nice and good layout of main floor for family gatherings

We were charged 150.00 US for cleaning of grill. Cleaning staff said it was dirty. However my husband had to clean grill prior to using it to cook hot dogs on day of our arrival. He cleaned the grill after each use He feels , it was cleaner upon our leaving the home than when we arrived. The fee for cleaning is outrageous as a new barbecue can be bought for that price. This has discouraged us ftom ever renting a VRBO home again and we will be sure to let our family and friends know about this issue.

Extended Winter Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This host has been thoughtful in this property. The furniture is sturdy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. No extra cost for pool heat or grill usage. All I f these things set this property apart! We have used VRBO many times and this is truly our favorite stay. We are planning now for our return next year.

Horrible Access Experience

Was very unpleased with the long lines at check in! Cars were backed up in the street due to not having access to get in the gate. If your name is not on the list you can’t get in. It’s a horrible process when trying to check in considering we then had to come back out the gate and go around the corner to get to our property and if you are in the car alone you have to get out the car to use the keypad which is on the passenger side. Just was horrible. I will not use this property again.

Nice Place- Check-in Process Not so nice

Property was super clean and spacious, only issue was checking in to Paradise Palms gated community. We waited nearly 45 mins to get gate pass, traffic was backed up it was stressful.

Disney World adventure

We stayed two nights and our stay was excellent. The house was large, clean and great close location to get to Disney World. The hot tub was nice to soak your legs in after a long day of walking around Disney World. Resort pool and rec center area was very nice. They served refreshments and food at the pool and we would give it a high rating. Great visit. We would stay again.
