Holly House is a 2 family Victorian home within close proximity to downtown Ipswich, beaches, train, hiking, kayaking, biking, restaurants and shopping! Enjoy a stylish experience in this 2nd floor (no neighbors above) home away from home with dedicated work space, comfy bedrooms/living room, in unit laundry and well stocked kitchen. A great retreat for couples, families, remote working/learning, nature enthusiasts, beach lovers, corporate stays, girl's weekends, holidays stays, a getaway from your home construction project and more!

This lovely apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed in keeping with beautiful seaside community of Ipswich. Conveniently located to all Ipswich has to offer. We lived in this town for many years, and our stay felt like home.

This house was absolutely gorgeous! It was so pretty, spacious, well decorated and SO CLEAN! We stayed the night before my sister’s wedding and we were able to get our hair and makeup done the morning-of in the various sitting areas of the house because of all the abundant sunlight! I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would stay again :)

WOW! What a great find. My girlfriend and I returned to our childhood home town area (Hamilton, MA for us) for a quick meet up with other friends. Denise has this cute upstairs apartment beautifully decorated, exceptionally equipped and she personally was super responsive to our couple of questions. It's also in a terrific location being just a short distance to town and the professional landscaping makes the whole place pop!My friend said she felt like she was staying in a Crate & Barrel store if that tells you anything.We will definitely stay here again.Lisa and Judi

We loved our stay! Great location—next door to a top rated restaurant (was unfortunately closed while we were there), and close to Crane Beach. Quick drive to so many other nearby towns. Very clean and spacious.

This was a wonderful find! The second floor apartment was exactly as Denise described, clean and beautifully updated, the perfect size for us with two bedrooms. The kitchen was plentifully equipped, even had sharp food-prep knives (a rare thing in most places). The house is located on a busy street, but she even thought to have white-noise machines in both bedrooms to lessen the sound of traffic. As listed, it was very close to town (restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations) and a short, scenic drive to Crane Beach and Gloucester. A definite 10/10!!

Beautiful house in convenient location for our yearly girls trip! We had a wonderful time and everything we needed was provided.Enjoyed attractions nearby including Wolf Hollow, Russell Farms, and Crane Estate. Lunch at Heart and Soul was delicious! Location!

We were attending a family event in Ipswich and needed a place to stay. The condo offered a great location and all the comforts of home. The condo is close to town, the beach and the locals are very friendly.

Perfect Place for our Family Stay

We loved this property. It had all we needed for our stay on the North Shore. We loved how everything was set up for our stay. Our kids enjoyed playing the board games in between outings. We enjoyed Russel Orchards and Appleton Farms and loved our time in Ipswich. Great gratitude for such a lovely stay.

In fact, you will be right around the corner from our neighborhood when you go to Marini Farm for fresh produce and baked goods. We are very involved in our community with my Windhill Real Estate business and my husband, Nishan, having been a town selectman for the past several years. We are often nearby should you need anything. We are not new to the vacation rental business-we have another Premier Partner listing on Great Neck, Ipswich. We immediately fell in love with the lovely gardens, convenient location and historic charm of this 1880 Victorian home. It reminded us of some of the New England Bed and Breakfasts one might see along the coast.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our hope is to bring guests the charm of a Bed and Breakfast but with the space of a full dwelling including a fully equipped kitchen! Why share a bathroom with other guests and be confined to one bedroom while visiting the area when you can have the B & B charm WITH the privacy and space of a full apartment?
