Whether you’re seeking vibrant evenings or serene mornings, CASA|AZUR offers the perfect balance.

The Space

Inside, sophistication unfolds. A palette of ocean blues and lush greens is grounded by the warmth of Parota wood and accented by soaring ceilings, inviting calm and indulgence.

The kitchen, fully outfitted with high-end appliances and elegant tableware, encourages market-inspired cooking and slow, candlelit dinners—indoors or beneath the stars.

The bedroom is a sanctuary of rest: blackout curtains, a luxurious king bed, and smart TV for quiet, cozy nights. In the living room, a 65” screen and sumptuous sectional offer a stylish space to unwind. Sonos speakers throughout allow you to set the tone—be it sultry jazz, ambient lounge, or a perfectly curated playlist.

High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, and ample storage ensure seamless comfort throughout your stay.

Access and Essentials

- Rooftop access: Daily, 8 AM–11 PM
- Gym: Daily, 7 AM–10 PM
- Pool maintenance: Wednesdays, 7 AM–3 PM
- Wristbands provided at check-in are required for all shared spaces

Good to Know
- A security camera is installed on the terrace for safety, but it will be disabled during your stay.
- A gardener visits briefly on Thursdays to care for the plants.
- Housekeeping is included midweek for stays of 7+ nights.
- Guests must be 25+ to book.
- Up to two visitors are allowed; ID is required at entry. No overnight visitors allowed - visitors must depart by 10 PM. They may access the condo and pool, but not other amenities.
- Construction on the ground floor may cause some daytime noise.
- A neighboring dog may occasionally be heard.
- Rooftop BBQ use incurs a 300 MXN fee.
- A signed condo consent form is required. Violations may incur a $100 USD fine or more.
