Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while taking in the breathtaking ocean view. You may even be visited by the howler monkeys that often travel through the trees to the beach. You will be just steps to the beach and one of the three pools is right outside your front door. This fully remodelled condo will be your home away from home. This two bedroom two bathroom unit has air conditioning units in both bedrooms and the main living area and it sleeps six. You will enjoy preparing meals in this beautiful kitchen with breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare all your meals. The huge deck overlooking the ocean is a favourite of our guests. I’m sure you’ll spend most of your time there lis to the waves crash while enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the sunset. This condo is perfectly situated for those guests that like to enjoy time away from all the noise of the tourist town but close enough to access everything you need. Coco is a short drive (or taxi ride) to the town of Coco where you will find bars, restaurants, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and lots of nightlife. We are the only development (Los Almendros) right on Ocotal beach which makes Ocotal a quieter beach than most. It is well known for the great snorkelling from shore along the rocks on the right side especially. You’ll feel safe at our gated complex with 24 hour security. Enjoy this condo as your home base for all your Costa Rican adventures or just enjoy the beach and the three pools in the complex. After a long day you don’t even have to prepare dinner. You can visit the famous beach restaurant Father Roosters which is only 100 yards down the beach from the entrance of Los Almendros.
