Enjoy the convenient location of having all amenities within 13 miles of your stay! Close proximity to the interstate makes it easy to travel to places like Sanford & Avera Hospital, Sioux Falls Zoo, Wild Water West, and the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Walking distance to Frank Olson park and close amenities like grocery store, strip malls, restaurants, and fast food.

The Space:
We’ve thought of it all starting with Private Front Entrance with unique code access. Other amenities include multiple beds ranging in sizes from baby pack & play to King! Experience the jaw dropping full kitchen with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven and much more! With 3 large bedrooms & 2 updated bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out & get ready. Perfect for family gatherings, overnight stays, lifestyle photoshoots, or a place to stay in the midst of selling your home.

Enjoy the special touches we’ve left to make it feel like home: board games, children’s toys, hair dryer, books and more!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the single stall attached garage along with street parking. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a fenced in yard perfect for yard games & hosting.

Sleeping: Our home offers brand new beds in sizes King, Queen, Full, Twin and a pack-n-play. An additional twin mattress is in the closet for use. 2 couches can be used for sleep as well. Extra room for a blow up air mattress if you’d like to bring.

Living & Entertainment: There’s 2 4K smart TVs with Roku. Log into your favorite streaming service: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, Hulu, etc.

Wifi: Our home employs a speedy fiber-based WiFi network.

Cooking: Full kitchen with supplies that allow you to make use of the beautiful space!

Weather: In the event of snow, a company will be around to plow. Please allow up to 24 hours to remove.

Noise: Please be mindful this is in a neighborhood- I would love to maintain a good relationship with my neighbors!

Real quick---some house rules:

No smoking (of any sort) inside or outside the premise.
No cable- bring your own streaming accounts for the smart TV.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am- we can't accommodate early check ins and late check outs due to our cleaner's schedule.

Perfectly Met Our Needs

The property was exactly as described and worked well for our family. Super clean, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Beds were firm but comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor seating area. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great stay

This place was perfect for kids, both young and a little older. The child proofing was so helpful and even had a play space and toys so we didn’t need to worry about entertaining the kids or worrying about safety. Beds were comfortable and the stay was great. The kitchen space is nice and works easily for a group. Would highly recommend and stay again.

So clean and beautiful!

This is THE cleanest house we have ever stayed in. I was beyond impressed. The basement is a perfect hangout/relaxing area. Everything was very easy to find and we had all we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this house again and recommend it to others!

Kid friendly and cozy!

Our second time staying at this property, just as kid friendly and cozy as we remembered. We had a minor issue with the furnace and had a very quick response & a complete resolve within an hour, even though it was the weekend! A perfect landing spot for us while in town for an extended family event.

Check in and out was incredibly simple. The house had everything we needed! We arrived in the evening in January, and the driveway was shoveled and the garage was empty and usable! We loved staying here. So much space and comfortable. LOVED the play room for the kids! Would be back for sure!

We were in town for a concert - two couples, a single, and three kids ages 7-2 months. Property was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Sioux Falls.

Women's Getaway

We spent 3 nights in Sioux Falls as part of our annual Women's Get Away. This property met our expectations fully and we would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it to other people looking for a place to stay in Sioux Falls. Family Gathering in SF

We came in from MN to do family pictures in SF. The home has a great basement which was ideal for the kids (9 & 17) having a large play and TV area with privacy for my teen. My hubby and I enjoyed the space. We cooked, visited and chillaxed- it was a great location including all the comforts of home. Every room was clean, comfortable and warm! We were close to shopping, eating and local entertainment. We loved every minute!

Great Bear Ski Valley Get away!

House was absolutely perfect and great location too! Very close to the Great Bear Ski resort where we went both days of our stay. House was so cute and comfortable. The vibe of the decor was on point and my daughter and niece loved it, especially the cow pics on the wall 🐼 Little farm girls! Our littles enjoyed the play space downstairs too! The house was clean and our family of 10 slept and felt comfortable in the space! We will def be back for some more fun and will stay here again!

Beds and pillows were really comfortable. It’s an updated older home so bathrooms were a little cramped for adults to share but it was clean and they provided everything we needed for a nice stay. The only other feedback I would give is the front room furniture needs updated- it was uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time.

Wonderful house with all the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. It was stocked with everything we needed and was very cozy and up to date. Super CLEAN!!! There was room for everyone to spread out. Easy to get to and the location was good for anywhere in the city. We liked the garage parking as it was cold outside. Would stay here again. Communication with property owner was sparse. Would have liked a check up after we checked in as that is always nice. But otherwise great find.

Best yet!

This is the best VRBO experience I’ve had yet! It was perfect for our girls’ weekend! Adorable house, wonderful accommodations, and incredibly clean. The location was convenient- just off 229 and minutes drive from downtown. Safe neighborhood. The checkout was the easiest I’ve seen as well. To do list was minimal and simple. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

Shaina was amazing to work with it! I was looking for a place to host our wedding rehearsal dinner with almost 30 people and she was super accommodating. The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our needs.
