Peaceful stay. A+

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect, we sat on the dock with coffee in the am and sat in rocking chairs by the fire at night. Very quiet and relaxing. We plan on coming back!

Peaceful weekend getaway

It was very clean and beautiful location by the lake for a quick getaway. I loved everything but my favorite was being able to interact with the property owner's dog since I'm an avid animal lover and she was such a sweetheart 💓 Would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friend's and family!

Excellent Stay

As advertised. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 2 people. Fully functional kitchen and bathroom. Nice seating area outside under a canopy as well as on the dock at the lake. Kayaking was very relaxing.

A little piece of paradise

If you love water, nature and birds this is the place to stay. The RV is exactly as stated and right in front of the lake. You wake up to birds calling on the water and at night you can enjoy the frogs croaking. Frank’s check in video went through everything you need to know and was very helpful. He even provides a luggage cart to help you get your stuff back to the RV. We would definitely stay here again.

Piece of Heaven!

This was a piece of Heaven! We had such a great time here and loved everything about the property! Frank is friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and Callie is just a doll! Great spot for a couple to escape the busy city life and enjoy down time together! Thank you for having us! We will be back!

Great stay!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at Eco Nest and it was lovely. Frank had very precise and helpful instructions beforehand and these were all we needed. We were bummed that the weather didn't permit use of the kayaks, but maybe next time! Everything in the RV was clean and very user friendly. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway!

Paddling Paradise!

Enjoy the hamock at the end of the world!Watch the sunrise through the bedroom window and the sunset through the kitchen window- or better yet, catch the sunset out on the lake from the properties' canoe or kayaks.20-40 minutes from dozens of inland spring runs and coastal paddling opportunities.This is the most beautiful place I've ever slept that I didn't have to hike or paddle to. :-)We'll be back!!!

Beautiful area

The camper is exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We came to visit family and fish. The weather was lousy but we still managed to catch a couple from the dock. We brought our own kayaks although we could have used what he provided. The kayaking was wonderful. So much wildlife! Beautiful area. You are somewhat convenient to groceries and the like. The host was great and saw to it that we had what we needed. His co-host Callie was as sweet as could be!

Place to Relax

Bryce is a wonderful host, the camper provided everything we needed to relax for a few days. Quite a few places around Inverness to eat and have drinks, we also spent a day at crystal river. The only challenge is being careful when backing out, the grounds were wet and water high so I didn't want to mess up his yard. We will return .

Get Away

Callie, with her 4 legs , greeted us upon our stay at Eco Nest which was cozy and comfortable. Bed was firm. Seemed new. Everything was in excellent working order. Very quiet and relaxing location except for the occasional boat which was expected due to location. Awaken by multiple bird calls which was a peace of heaven. Great value.

A Cozy Waterside Retreat - Very relaxing

We truly enjoyed our weekend here at this relaxing and private get away. It was glamping at its finest. We usually stay in houses, but I didn't miss that at all! It was just enough room for two people. There was a cozy, 'hugging feel' of staying here. The memory foam bed was very comfortable. We both slept very well. The reclining couch was made more comfortable with a propping pillow behind the lower back. We spent quite a bit of time in silence, listening to the birds and frogs through the screen door, once the mosquitos moved in, after sitting on the covered deck. It was so relaxing. Although Frank (the owner) lives on the property, we never felt 'watched' or like we were invading his space. In fact, we never saw him in person, but knew he was there if we needed him. My husband loved fishing from the dock and around the shoreline. No fish were traumatized in the process, but he loved the solitude of pulling a line through the water, even in the rain. :) We would love to stay here again if we're back in the area. Thank you for a wonderful place to come back to.

The location can't be beat- 10 ft from Lake Hernando. :-)The place is cozy and had everything we needed. The climate control worked great, as did the WiFi.1,000,000 view !!!

Little piece of paradise

in a nutshell, it was our anniversary and it a perfect little getaway from our hectic life with kids. beautiful, peaceful , comfy, we absolutely loved just chilling out and laying in the hammock, cooking on the grill, kayaking and playing with Callie.

So happy we booked Hernando Eco Nest!

What an amazing opportunity to stay at this property! It was exactly what we were hoping it was & more. It was so peaceful. Frank was extremely accommodating. We felt very safe & supported, but also almost like we were there enjoying everything all by ourselves! And the owner’s dog was a very smart, well-behaved & fun sweetheart. Very nice to have her check in with us when we were in the yard, and when we were coming back from a paddle. We used the kayaks, which we were a little nervous to do. We own kayaks ourselves, but we’ve never kayaked in a lake that likely has gators in it! We got comfortable very quickly & then it was just relaxing. We saw tons of wildlife, including a beautiful Barred Owl the evening we got there! Herons, lizards, squirrels, different types of water fowl, all different types of fish... it was like living in a nature preserve for a while. The clean & tidy accommodations were exactly what we needed... comfortable bed, water filter... everything worked well, including the AC. The lazy-boy style chairs were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glassware & China... as well as many little conveniences you don’t normally think about buying when you plan to cook your own meals, like spices, ziploc baggies, plastic wrap, coffee & coffee filters. The TV was really nice to have when the bugs came out at night. Not an unbearable amount of bugs, but you are right on the water! We used some natural bug deterrent & that worked well, for the most part. The sounds at night were lovely! It got really loud, with all the night life out there... mostly frogs. Noisy, but a very relaxing & natural kind of noisy. :) We cannot wait to come back! And we will absolutely recommend this place to our friends & family. Thanks for everything!!!

Relaxation 2.0

This was far and above better than staying in a hotel. It was great to be able to grill my dinner, relax on the deck with cocktail in hand in such a great atmosphere. This had everything I needed.

Great location

Everything was superb. It had a good size refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. We ate out mainly but did do some breakfasts and snacks in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable - queen as stated. The air conditioning worked well. Netflix movies were available. Unlike some rv’s there was no potty smell. The outdoors is very pretty with lots of critter noises at night. It was very enjoyable. We hope to return.

The setting was breathtaking with a waterfront deck and view of the preserve. Having nice kayaks available was such a plus and we thoroughly enjoyed taking them out around the area. The rv was spotless, the owner gracious, and his dog....a wonderful pup and I loved playing with her! We have told all our friends about this lakeside retreat and hope they too, get to visit! Thank you thank you!
