This is a spectacular home. Dana, the host, has created a relaxing retreat that is simply perfect in every way. Great for a relaxing getaway with your fur babies. 2 paws up!

The Birdhouse is a peaceful little house on the river! Very quiet and secluded, restaurants close by! We loved watching the birds and the boats go by! It's very dog friendly which we loved! Dana is a great host! We highly recommend this little gem of a place!

Absolutely love this place! This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back. The yard is amazing and fenced for our dogs. It is right on the water and we loved relaxing on the dock or the screened in porch. Such a cozy home and Dana is such a welcoming host! Could not recommend this place more!!!

What a wonderful spot on Rainbow River! The perfect little get away. The host made it really special for us. Excellent communication and accommodations. Great kayaking. Fun waterfront restaurants near by. Loved it!

Best porch ever for rocking or lazing on the comfy sofa watching the river slowly flowing by...Several kakak/canoe options a bonus! The host was very kind and pleasant. A lovely welcome basket and Happy Birthday banner greeted us inside.Only negative was the febreeze/scent plug-ins were overwhelming upon first entering rental

Would highly recommend the birdhouse. We loved staying there. Very convenient for cyclist and paddle boarding. We also thought the little gator that would come up to the dock in the afternoons was pretty awesome. Very nice place.

This is an absolutely beautiful property! We felt at home from the minute we arrived and really didn't want to leave. It was our furbaby's first trip,and it was a great success for her. Everything was clean and comfortable. The extra touches were icing on the cake! We hope to return very soon!

Our third time to visit. You can’t beat the peace & quiet intertwined with nature, birds, river. Dana (host) is a gem! Property is well maintained, house is older but nicely decorated with a river theme…. Nothing negative at all. It’s secure, simple, well lit, close to tubing, fishing off the dock… he even has a canoe, kayaks and bikes. Pets welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and organized, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Just what the doctor ordered. Peace and quiet. Clean and the gift basket with the wonderful apple and cinnamon mini bread was great. Everything you need is in there. Great screened in front deck was very relaxing. Great view of the river. Close to everything you need but also secluded. The only thing was the AC unit was a little loud but I still give 5 stars.
