Newly renovated Summer 2021 and now ready to welcome guests, this 4 bedroom/3 bathroom townhome features all brand new everything. Nice! Furniture, bedding, décor and more ~ all carefully curated to deliver a vacation rental masterpiece.

It's just a short cruise away from the popular Crab Island and Cocktail Cove or out into the emerald waters of the Gulf. Townhome also features a 2-car garage with plenty of room for parking and beach accessories. Take a dip in the neighborhood pool or walk to the world-famous beaches of Okaloosa Island just a few short steps away. In addition to the fabulous sand quality and sparkling clear water, this stretch of the Emerald Coast is especially appealing to visitors who appreciate the lack of crowds resulting from the lower density dwellings. With no structure over 6 stories, Okaloosa Island prides itself on a very high quality
beach scene. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance as well.

Here's the layout...

Lower level includes a guest bedroom with Queen bed and a second guest bedroom with a Twin Over Full bunk bed plus a full bathroom. Upper level has the main living, dining and kitchen spaces plus 2 bedrooms each with King beds. Bunk room adds 2 more Twin bunk sets sleeping 4 more in this space. Two full bathrooms are also located on this second level.

The property was fine with two exceptions. There were black gnats of some sort everywhere. We tried everything to get rid of them to no avial.Very annoying - would fly into your wine glass, your yogurt, etc --- and there is NO insulation so you will hear everything going on above you and in other rooms

This property is located not far from boardwalk, plenty of room for whole family with all amenities needs to enjoy your stay. We loved the place.

Worth It!

This house is located in it’s own private community but within a very short distance to the beach. A lot of areas were within walking distance and it was nice to have the essentials at hand to make the stay better! Great communication, great place.

The place was great but you can only park two cars and they were 8 of us and cars were coming from Atlanta New York and Florida . After booked was told that only two cars was told the parking was across the street in Hampton in and it was almost three long blocks . That was terrible with the heat walking an could not go out at night .

Great space for island fun

This is a gorgeous condo with lots of space. Easy access to the bay, and the beach is just a short walk away. We loved staying there and the well appointed kitchen meant we could stay safe and cook our own meals.

Pictures do not this place justice! It’s gorgeous and so so roomy! Plenty of space for everyone! Two public beach accesses just a 2 or 3 minute walk across the road but plenty of room to park if you would rather drive! It was perfect!

Destination Wedding Digs

This property comfortably accommodated 8 adults and a one-year-old. Our daughter was getting married on Okaloosa Island, so her grandparents, her brother and his fiance, her sister and her husband (and their baby), and of course, her parents stayed at Bluefish is the New Fish and it was perfect! So many extras and we weren't cramped one bit. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Nice to be on the bay

Great property, very comfortable, decent slip on the bay (with some reservations) in a transitional part of Ft Walton. We were there to boat and fish, and for that it was great. Did not head out towards the beach at all so can’t comment on distance or how it was. Great spot if you want to spend some time on the water and not deal with the circus that is across the bridge to the east.

AWESOME PROPERTY!!!!

This property was VERY NICE, LARGE, MODERN and VERY RESONABLY PRICED. It's easily accessible to nearly everything, supermarket, beach, amusements, restaurants, etc... The kitchen was FULLY EQUIPTED and had everything including an air fryer. The owners seem to have addressed most, if not all of the past complaints.

Nice home

The check in process was great. The Home was spacious and the walking distance to beach was a bonus. The only issue we had was the hard mattresses on the beds. The outside lights were too bright in the master bedrooms. Some curtains might help, but I would stay again.

Great house!

The house was huge. It had every kitchen amenity we needed. The rooms were cutely decorated. It was a 2 minute drive to the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by. Only thing that we would suggest is curtains in the master bedroom. The street lights kept the room pretty bright at night. Other than that everything was perfect.

Mostly lovely experience

This was a great space for our group of 10 adults. Big open kitchen and living area for congregating, 2 floors of sleeping areas and baths for privacy. The garage was excellent for storing our electric bikes, kayaks, etc. As others have noted, the mattress in the master bedroom is so firm that it left us with aching backs and necks in the morning. Also as others have noted, one of the beds in the larger bunk room sort of sinks in the middle, also making for less than ideal sleeping. The large return vent in the upstairs hallway could use a good cleaning. Loved the good sized utility room and supplies in there. We did not have issues with morning sunlight in the master bedroom as others have noted. We missed being able to look out on the water but beach access is very close and we appreciated being able to use the wagon and bikes provided to get there. Overall, we had a lovely experience. If the mattress situation can be addressed, we would definitely stay there again.

Last minute Destin stay

We booked this place as we needed a house 24 hours prior receiving news about a family member, there weren't a ton of options. The property company was great, Answered right away and all questions. The house was a good house but needs a SERIOUS deep cleaning. They do have a cleaning company but the walls, railings, cabinets were disgusting and sticky, to the point i went out and bought cleaning supplies. The carpet in the kitchen was filthy and full of dried crunchy spots. The couch seemed very used, couldn't comfortable sit on it as the back end of the cushions sink down so much, as if th pull out bed was missing. The walls are covered in so many marks it just makes the place look dirty. They did provide some hotel style toiletries but it would have been nice if they provided hand soap for the kitchen and trash bags, we had to go buy our own soap and trash bags. There were also 2 wasps nest on the back patio and one in the garage on the window, so we did not utilize the patio, as well as old food and bottles from the previous guests. Also one thing they don't inform you of is the kids/ bunk bed rooms have doors leading to the outside, my kids are older so they knew to leave those alone but may be a problem for younger kids. I felt like my money could have been spent better elsewhere. Overall, it was a property that was close to the hospital so it worked for what we needed.

AMAZING

This house was unbelievable!! We had 9 people (3 kids, 6 adults) and there was so much room and the house was beautiful! The location was also nice, it wasn’t jammed packed with tourists like further down in Destin. The pool was nice, the bay was beautiful, and the ocean was only like a 5 minute walk! Definitely would like to come back :)

Perfect for wedding party

Our Granddaughter got married on the Beach. We entertained 8 bridesmaids, the bride, and two mothers for make -up and hairdos at the house. It was spacious, had enough chairs and had large windows that let the light in. It was very clean and plenty of space for 9 of us.
