The location and proximity to Raymond James Stadium is awesome, a short 10 minute walk. It has everything you need. I have no idea what some of the bougie people leaving reviews expect, but this place is exactly what is described. If you are looking for a convenient location that is affordable, don't hesitate to book this one.

The host was responsive, but communication was not up to the VRBO standard we’ve experienced in the past. We didn’t get the check-in code until 8 minutes before arrival, which was stressful and unprofessional. The only real positive was the location near Raymond James Stadium and the fact that the unit was clean.Everything else fell short. The bed was rock hard, the dĂ©cor felt like stepping into grandma’s house, and there was no proper furniture—just a closet and suitcase living. The bathroom was tiny with low water pressure, the layout confusing, and the door lock unreliable, often requiring multiple tries. To top it off, the outdated dryer squeaked loudly and ruined delicate clothes. Overall, this place was not comfortable, not reliable, and certainly not worth 250 a night.Know before you book this property that this house is a duplex and we felt like we were not safe and bring watched on the entire time Worst VRBO experience ever and this is our 8th rental on VRBO

We absolutely enjoyed our stay!! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host communicated very well and was a pleasure to chat with. It was an easy walk to Raymond James Stadium and close to many resturants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

The property was clean and well furnished. Has just enough kitchen utensils and pots/pans you can cook just about anything. We were attending a Bucs game and it was a perfect location to walk to the game. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend and/or stay there again!

The house was immaculate. Safe neighborhood and a short walk to the stadium. It is close to a busy intersection so the traffic noice is present.

Spring break trip

The space was very clean and we were very happy with it. It fit our group of three very well and we had plenty of space! We spent our days at the beach, so the location really wasn’t convenient for that. Just a couple of things
The kitchen was well stocked, but there was only one small pan, so I had to buy a second pan to make dinner. Also, the way the faucet handle is installed, I couldn’t get hot water in the kitchen sink. But overall, we were very happy with the unit. This was my first experience to use a vrbo, and it was a positive experience.

Nice place, But

If you’re looking for quiet location, this place is not. A lot of traffic in the morning & evening. School about a block down. The place was very clean, however some handy work was questionable. Would be great if you were going to a game near by, very close.

Short Stay

We stayed two nights and were in the area to visit Busch Gardens. It was about 20 minutes away. It worked well for that purpose.
