host seemed very welcoming through our communication with each other. provided quick responses whenever we needed assistance with anything. the place itself was awesome. very clean and a great size for our group. definitely recommend if you need a place to stay near tampa!

Nice One Night Stay

We only stayed one night and got in late so we didn't have time to see much or use the pool. The home was nice and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was timely and without any issues.

The garbage disposal was broken. The pool was dirty, the pool guy did not come to clean it till Wednesday. One of the mattress was old and you could feel all the springs in it.We will not be using VRBO ever again.This was are second VRBO and not satisfied with either one.

Comfortable home. Pool was a bit dirty- but ok otherwise. Home may need a fresh coat of paint in rooms and closet doors/ light switches cleaned from finger prints. Plenty of bedrooms and options in pantry for cooking needs. Ran out of coffee and no creamer available. David was thorough and easy to get a hold of.

The home kitchen had everything you’d need, and VERY SPACIOUS!! The pool and trampoline was def a plus! The bedding was not comfortable, it had the plastic bed wetting covers on it, understandable but every move it made a sound. Immediately my daughter found a bathing suit top on the twin bunk between the bed and wall, and the bedding to the bed had a very foul wet smell. Thankfully there was an extra blanket in the closet. Under the dining room cabinet there was a game and tons of little items, Monopoly money, etc you tell it had not been swept. Right behind the couch was a child’s shoe and hat from a previous family. The home is very spacious and provided us with everything we needed. Id only recommend a new cleaning company.
