Good location. A little run down
Location and access to Waikiki was awesome. Parking was amazing. Space was a bit rundown though. Could use some updates to the furniture and cabinets. Furniture has stains and cabinetry is peeling. But overall good enough for the price...

Our Stay
Overall great place and walking distance for everything in Waikiki in my opinion. I walked everywhere and drove where I needed to drive. Was a bit strange though because one of the property managers came to our room on the 18th floor and told us to turn our music down, and that smoke was coming from the balcony, me and my buddy don’t smoke anything and music was low so we found that a bit odd. I’d stay here again for sure though, definitely recommended! Thank you!

Very loud and couldn’t sleep at all
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very loud area to stay in, couldn’t sleep at all! The place was very clean and close to everything but we wouldn’t stay there again. We were on the 18th floor and heard everything very clearly.

Cozy studio in the heart of Waikiki
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marine Surf was a great place to stay for exploring Waikiki and Honolulu. There are lots of nice restaurants and food trailers in walking distance. The condo was updated and had all we needed for making breakfast and sandwiches in the kitchenette. The included parking spot worked was a big selling point over other condos we looked at. Alii Beach Rentals clearly communicated all the rules and instructions and the mobile app made check in a breeze.

Great Stay
Pros: The place was spotless, modern, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was a plus, and the location was excellent, and the parking is convenient. The TV worked, the communication and the check in was incredibly easy. Cons: A little loud at night, and the shower 1. not so much pressure, and the water wouldn't stay one temp. it kept fluctuating. Bottom line; This place is an incredible value.
