Family scalloping trip!

Everything was perfect! This condo is close to everything... 2 blocks to the boat ramp and walking distance to restaurants even with my 7 year old twins in tow! Beds were very comfortable (even the pull out sofa bed)! We will definitely rent this condo again and hope to fit another trip in this scalloping season. Also, Lisa was a great host and always responded ASAP to my messages!

Our condo was clean and very close to the boat ramp. Parking was easy and convenient to restaurants. We met a gentleman named Gary, seemed to be a maintenance man for some of the units. He was very helpful with power for our boat as well as just keeping an eyes on things. I would recommend this unit.

Scallop trip

This is definitely recommended if you’re just trying to come and enjoy the beautiful city of Steinhatchee. Located literally across the street from the boat ramp and next to all of the restaurants. If you just want to stay inside all of the things you need to cook in the kitchen are there for your use.

Exceed our expectations

Our entire extended family was staying a few blocks away in a larger home for the start of scallop season 2022, but there was not enough room for all of us, so my family of 4 opted for this condo & I’m so glad we did! It was nicer than pictured & conveniently located to the boat ramp, restaurants & within walking distance other homes in the area. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked. We had no problem parking & cleaning our 24’ boat on the property. The neighbors were quiet & friendly. The bait shop near the boat ramp sells ice by the 5 gal bucket ($3) & 50 lb basket($5), which made it very convenient to keep everything cold while out in the water. The property manager was laid back & helpful. Lisa was very nice & responsive to any questions we had. She went above & beyond to make sure our stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend this property & look forward to staying here again future!

A few surprises.

The listing says it sleeps five. There's a California king and a fold-out couch. There was broken glass in the carpet. And there was broken glass out on the balcony. The ice maker did not work. Don't know how well the place was insulated, we could hear everything above, beside us, and below us. Two blocks from the ocean. Plenty of parking. Close to Roy's restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay alot. Steinhatchee near the bay/inlet is beautiful. It is very accessible if you own a boat. They have a water hose to flush your boat engine. We liked the deck, but it needs to be screened in and needs a ceiling fan. We could not view the ocean because of the trees in the back or see the sunset, which would make this property MUCH MORE desirable and enjoyable!!😎💯

Great stay!

This was a perfect place for us to stay for the weekend! I have family who live around the block but their house was full so we stayed here and agreed we’d stay here again if we needed a place! Communication was great, and everything was clean.
