The living area affords plenty of seating, including a plush sectional sofa and additional side chairs. Relax and watch the game or your favorite movie on the LCD television. The best feature of the living area is beachfront balcony access. Wonderful property and location! This was our first time at Orange Beach and this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo was perfect for our family of five with 3 teenagers. I loved that it was on the beach and you could see and hear the ocean from the very large balcony. We really appreciated the beach gear, like boogie boards and beach chairs. Very clean all around and comfortable beds. The host was a dream. So easy to communicate with and very prompt responses. The check in/out process was seamless and I liked that the parking lot was gated with an attendant. Overall really great stay at OB!

The condo was very spacious and we loved the large balcony that offered dining high top table and chairs and additional outdoor loveseat and chairs. The condo could use a few upgrades/replacements. The kitchen was a little sparse. However the condo was excellent for the price. I would recommend this condo.

Great views. Great condo. Heated pool was nice as we stayed when it was cold. We LOVED the balcony - it's even better than the pictures. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to go back soon!

The unit was exactly as pictured, large balcony, perfect location, and comfortable beds. The only downside was the façade of the building is currently being worked on, so there was quite a bit of noise during the weekdays.

Easy location & clean property

The condo was exactly as described and gave plenty of space for our group of 8. The kitchen was well stocked and the large balcony was great to sit on. I was nervous that the condo is on the 4th floor right above the pool, but it was quiet and we had plenty of privacy all week.

Wonderful condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was super clean and very spacious! We loved the large patio/terrace and the short walk to the beach. Our only complaint would be that the condo was not stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, or dish soap. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would book again!

Great 5 nights on the Gulf

We had a party of 8 (4 kids ages 7-17 and 4 adults). The property was easily accessible. We arrived to find the room clean and cool. It was a short walk to the elevator. There were adequate carts for assisting with getting items to the room. We had no issues with the property and really enjoyed our time! We will consider staying at this unit in the future.

The unit was just as described. It was the perfect size for our family of six. I loved that there were blackout drakes in the bedroom and main area. the master bed Was extremely comfortable. Perfect Family Vacation!

The property was exactly what we needed for our Family of 7 (mom and dad, grandpa and grandma, 5yr boy, girls 10 and 15). The unit has a master with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with not one but two twin over double beds which was perfect for my children. The unit has a large covered balcony with lounge furniture as well as table and chairs which we used daily. The view from the balcony, white sand, clear water and the indoor and outdoor pool made this the perfect stay for our family. We are new to the fall break vacation as sports usually gets in the way, but, we would definitely stay here again in the future, and the climate and crowd in the fall is much calmer than summer!

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying at Windward Point in the exact condo. This Orange Beach location is near resturants, shopping, and grocery stores. We love the balcony set up - wicker comfy furniture and a bar top table that seats 6. We had one minor 'hiccup' during our stay. One of the shower faucets needed replacing. I reached out in the evening and by mid morning the plumber came and replaced it. There is also a good amount of pots, pans, silverware, etc. - so no need to pack extras. We will plan to stay here again in the furture!
