Accommodating up to 6 guests, this tastefully decorated lower level condo is bright and light and airy! The spacious open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area is complete with beautiful beach décor and comfortable furnishings. You will appreciate the light ceramic tile flooring with modern ceiling fans and updated lighting. The kitchen is well appointed and offers everything you will need to create gourmet meals at home. With updated kitchen cabinets and countertops, there is bar seating for 3. This unit is complete with a full size washer and dryer. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and full private bath with tub/shower combo, and amazing ocean views! Bedroom #2 offers a Queen/Twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, TV, ceiling fan and shares the full hall bath with tub/shower combo, and a street side view.
You will love the private oceanfront balcony, complete with lifeguard-style chairs and table that are tall enough to see over the balcony railings for unobstructed ocean views. Take your meals to the balcony for oceanfront dining, or enjoy a chilled beverage while gazing out at the ocean!

Open from dawn to dusk daily, the pool features a 6-8" tanning ledge that's also perfect for children as well as 3' and 5' deep areas. > Direct Beach Access. The units at Water's Edge are located directly behind the beach. With just a short walk through the private beach access, only available to guests, you and your family will be in the perfect beach location. > Grill Some Food. We know that part of a beach vacation is a meal on the grill. Water's Edge provides grills available for guest use throughout the day. Grab some burgers and buns for the perfect family grilling day!
