Place was lovely, exactly as described and expected. Communication with host was easy and quick. Towels were so soft! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this first floor living

This rental was perfect for me and the friends that visited over my two weeks. It is attractive, clean, amenities are all updated. It is accessible for a friend who uses a walker. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to walking on the beach. Will definitely consider renting it again.

Great location, minutes from the beach, outdoor shower and foot wash were so nice after long walks on the beach - then total relaxation in the pool! Would love to stay here again on future trips to Holden!!!

It's always a great stay.

This is our third year staying at this location. The past owners were great to deal with and so are the new owners. They were helpful and courteous with any questions, but beyond that, they checked in to ensure we were safe and happy during Tropical Storm Debby. The pool is always a big hit with my son, for those times the waves aren't calling. The only problem is that we didn't stay two weeks instead of one. We will correct that next year.

Family Vacation

We had the best time staying here. Last year we stayed in the upstairs section and this year we stayed below. Staying below you can hear if kids above are running but that was the only downfall to staying below. The beach is just a short walk and we enjoyed the beach chairs and wagon provided. The house had everything we needed and had plenty of extra space too. The pool was a nice plus! Richard and Tricia were excellent host who always answered my questions quickly. I would highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

This home was perfectly placed on the island with Ocean and Marsh Views. There is a public boardwalk just a 2 minute walk up the sidewalk from the home to access the beach.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view, pool, and beautiful estuary adjacent to the home provides unconstructed views and top caliber bird watching opportunities. The neighbors are friendly and there is a walking and exercise path in this location. This coastal home has key aspects of the 60s charm that were left in pace, but has been remodeled to incorporate all modern day conveniences and upgrades.
