Great view, loved the hot tub, we were unable to get in the door on a Sunday and after hours were very friendly and helpful to get us right in. Bathroom had an odor and previous guests laundry bags were left by the steps our entire stay are our only complaints. Will stay here again.

First impression, a garbage can heaping with garbage and garbage piled around it, poles and a big piece of glass. They did come and get it after I called. Place is extremely dated. Hot tub had sand in it but was cleaned a couple days after we arrived. Walked bare foot on the porch and got a piece of glass stuck in my foot, must have been from the glass setting outside next to the garbage. Ac couldn’t keep up when it was a hot day. One of the worse places we have ever stayed anywhere. On a plus side, it had a good view and the beach was great. Spent wayyyy too much on this dump. The sandbox was the name of the place.

Great little beach house

Great little beach house for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as was the den furniture. The porch looking at the ocean was great! There is a public walkway just to the right of the house that we used to take our stuff to the beach. I wish the house had rocking chairs but, I knew this upfront based on the pictures so I brought my own. It is a great little beach house with an old-school vibe and we would definitely rent this property again.

Great location

Overall a really good stay. The good: beach is 2 min walk, showers all good plenty of hot water, great mattress in primary bedroom, washer and dryer. Not as good: no pot holders, TV lacked instructions, walkway and steps to shower had nails sticking up with worn boards.We would stay again.

Sandbox 915 OBW

Couldn’t have ask for nicer people at Better Beach Rentals. They were so great working with us on our dates of stay. They were awesome about everything and their maintenance personnel were quick efficient and friendly. However there were some issues , not major, hot tub was very Sandy that’s only issue besides leak under sink and refrigerator. But maintenance fixed those very quickly. House isn’t a newer house but it’s a comfortable house for a couple. However if you’re an elderly couple I will say the entry steps are a little steep and walkway to the beach is a lot of sand before beach. Great thing is public walkway is right beside house and they have handicap mats at end of walkway made getting to the beach sooo easy. View from house to ocean is beautiful but partially blocked by tree and lots and lots of smaller shrubs. We did enjoy our stay very much .

Sandbox-House old but well equipped, nice porch

Place was so dark with wood paneling everywhere! Not enough light! Somewhat updated but still has seen its better days. Two lights were out and had to be replaced professionally as no stool was provided to reach anything-and they were speciality lights anyway and electrician had to come twice to fix - which they did! We also bought two light bulbs to replace in lamps. Lamp shade was also damaged, but most disappointing was the hot tub was not working. Nice location and great view of ocean. King bed was very, very comfortable.

Cozy and Comfortable!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute beach home! Check in process was easy and communication with the property manager was terrific. The home was clean, well stocked and comfortable! :)

Children’s first beach trip

We traveled as a family of 6. It was our youngest, 18 month old daughter, 4 year old son, mom, dad, pawpaw and great pawpaw traveling. The house was very accommodating and being ocean front was amazing. I believe the hot tub was a hit as well.
