This lovely villa is situated in the Orange Tree Community on US Highway 27, approximately 2 miles north of Highway 192, and only a 15 minute drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World.
Universal Orlando and Sea World are a 25 minute drive away, and traveling time to Orlando International Airport is approximately 45 minutes.
The fully air conditioned property can accommodate 8 people comfortably and comprises 4 bedrooms (king, queen, queen and 2 x twin beds) 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, laundry room and games room.
*PLEASE NOTE: The pool area is available to you throughout your stay for your enjoyment. You are able to heat the pool for $35 per day if you wish. Please ask for pool heat when booking. Thanks.*
AMENITIES: Orange Tree facilities include a football pitch, tennis courts, basketball courts and children's play areas. There are a number of local amenities close by, including a 24hr Walmart Super Centre, Publix supermarket, Walgreens chemist, petrol station, bank, post office, bars and restaurants. Golf enthusiasts will be pleased to know that a range of excellent golf courses are also within easy access. The fully air conditioned property can accommodate 8 people comfortably and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining area, laundry room and games room. MANAGEMENT COMPANY: In the unlikely event that an issue may arise during your stay, Homes of America, our well established Management Company, are a phone call away and will happily deal quickly with any issues.
