I appreciate your feedback, but your review is a gross misrepresentation of the events during your stay. First, our policy to request a government-issued ID is standard practice for the safety of our property and other guests. Your late submission of the ID, just minutes before check-in, was the first indication of the difficulties to come. We provided the door code as soon as we received it but the delay was entirely due to your late communication. Concerning the WiFi issue, it’s important to clarify that the problem was due to an island-wide outage, not a failure on our part. We were prepared to assist you, but it appears you were more interested in creating drama than resolving the issue. Your demands escalated quickly, and we felt compelled to intervene. Despite your claims, we stand by our commitment to maintaining a well-managed property. We did not initiate a refund as you claimed, and the maintenance issues you reported were either unfounded or exaggerated. Your behavior during this stay was unacceptable, including your threats and aggressive demands. We have hosted many guests without issue, and it's unfortunate that our experience with you was so horrific!
