This condo is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation.



The Space:

The condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.



The condo is located on the main road and close to all the action. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The best tiki bar on the island is just across the street, so you can enjoy a cold drink and watch the sunset over the ocean.

The stay was homey and plenty of room for my family. My kids loved the pull out couch and thought it was cool. The room was very clean and organized. The only thing I can think that would have been better was if there was a toaster. We had frozen waffles for breakfast and had to nuke them in the microwave. Lovely place and we enjoyed it so much.

Loved having a view of the beach from our balcony. Everything else was as advertised. The only negative is that the pullout couch is not the traditional type, but was fine for a short stay. The rain didn’t deter us. Carolina beach has lots to offer and we enjoyed the many places within walking distance.

Wonderful property nearby to restaurants and stores. Just across the street from the beach. The property owner Amy checked on us to make sure everything was going well

Fantastic place

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a good weekend at the beach. We didn’t use it but the mini-burners were amazing, next time we’ll be using them and we’ll definitely be back!

The unit was very clean and well equipped with items and toiletries. The description stated it was good for couples and families. We found it to be not suitable for 2 adults and 2 children age 10 and 12. The pull out couch really only accommodates one let alone 2 children. Our biggest concern was the toilet that would not flush. We had to plunge it every time from the minute we got there. We didn’t report it because our stay was so short and we didn’t want to plan for maintenance or have anyone In the unit while we were there. There was only one parking pass which was fine but we rented a golf cart for the few days which was really fun. We were told we should have asked first when we inquired about a second parking pass. Maybe some guidance as to the 25 a day parking across the street would have been more helpful. We took advantage of that. Lastly the pool was a nice addition. Very clean. The only issue if there are only 2 chairs. Again for a property advertising great for families there was no place to sit.

Location and Communication

This fit our needs perfectly. For two of us, we never felt on top of each other and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Even had beach towels and dark towels for taking off makeup. This is also a quaint condo with ocean view. It was a great value as well. Carolina Beach hotels have gotten so expensive to stay in, so this was great being able to get an affordable beach view. The property manager was fantastic with communication and helping us when needed. Amy responded almost immediately if we needed anything. We are hoping to come back next year!

Double Booked

We booked our stay through VRBO and when we got there, we got into the room and there was other peoples items in the room. I contacted the property manager and she had to figure out what had happed—the room had been double booked (one through another company). Although the property manager was great at communicating, it did not change the fact that we travelled quite far to get there and ended up paying $500 PER night for the nearest hotel as there was nothing she could do for us We did contact VRBO about this double booking and they tried to make it somewhat right. She also refunded the full amount. Overall, this place seems like a nice & affordable option but it was unfortunate circumstances.
