The Perfect Little Cottage

Enhanced Covid 19 cleaning protocols in effect.
Our Home sets on the edge of Cookeville City Limits, and is only 4 mins from Tech Campus and 5 mins from the Heart of Downtown Cookeville, it also is only a few mins to all the local Waterfalls. The home is private and sets on land with a beautiful view of farm land.
This little cottage is decorated in Luxurious furniture and linens and top of the Line Appliances, it has a full kitchen with all your appliances

We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Everything was spotless and beautiful. The master bed was very comfortable. Only minor drawback for me is the toilet seat sliding to the side. It didn’t feel very secure. No other complaints.

High End Home!!!

It doesn’t get any better than this!!! Beautiful home with high end finishes throughout. We have stayed in a lot of nice homes and this one is definitely top of list. We live two hours away and wanted a getaway to just relax. It was amazing. Convenient to town with many cute restaurants and the fireplace is amazing!!!You will love it!

Peaceful getaway while visiting Tn. Tech

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful, serene, very clean cottage! It was perfect and just loved all of the detailed and beautiful decor! Close to everything but still away from the business of town. Loved walking in the back field! Thanks for the hospitality and answering any questions I had within seconds! Would love to stay again on our many visits to Tn. Tech to see our son! Lots of great places to eat near by too!

Wonderful cottage!

We loved our stay! It was my husband’s birthday. The out door fireplace was so warm and inviting. The cute little cottage was perfect- everything we needed. We definitely will be back.

Can’t wait to return!

This property was amazing! Not only was it the cleanest place I’ve stayed but the most charming by far. Every detail from the craftsmanship to the decor was beautiful. The outdoor fireplace was used everyday I was there. This cottage is a slice of Heaven, so charming and quiet. The home is on acreage, but there are some nearby neighbors which was nice being there alone. It was close to town and about a 10min drive to Cummins Falls State Park. I can’t wait to return!

Nice Stay

The house is very clean and worked well for us as we spent our days going to the local national parks. Nice kitchen to cook in and a covered porch to relax and use a fire place. We will book the house again next year.

Sweetest cottage around on the most amazing property!

We traveled across the country from Santa Barbara, CA to Cookeville, TN to watch our son play baseball at Tennessee Tech University. I'm pretty picky when it comes to where we stay. I read all the reviews, check out the area, etc. The location was perfect! In the country, but about 5 minutes to everything. The cottage is adorable, but more importantly, very comfortable. The attention to detail was truly a visual experience. We were able to meet the owners, who live nearby. They were friendly, and accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better vacation cottage. I would highly recommend this sweet, little cottage. Karen and John

Spectacular Country Cottage

This cottage a few miles north of Cookeville is new, bright, super clean, beautifully furnished, and set on a glorious piece of property. The fireplaces are cozy for a chilly night. The kitchen is top drawer. Perfect for a couple or two couples or a small family. We would return for a weekend away in an instant.

Amazing Cabin

This property is perfect! It is clean and organized for all your needs. Two gorgeously decorated bedrooms. You’ll sleep like it’s your own room! It is perfectly situated between town and Cummins Falls State Park where we ran a marathon then came back to the cabin and relax! Also, visit the falls, they are beautiful. Back to the cabin, kitchen is awesome ! Stay at home and enjoy cooking.

Like out of a magazine!

Pictures don't do it justice! Absolute gem! We stayed here for our elopement at the Saltbox Inn. Location was perfect and still close to town. Back patio with fireplace - which isn't even in the pictures! - was so wonderful! We spent hours outside! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
