This is our second stay at this property. It won't be the last. We stayed here this past summer and again now in January. I found the host to be friendly and responsive to messages both times we've stayed here This is a nice 3BR/2BA home on a large lot in the country. Neighbors are near, but not TOO near (if you know what I mean) You'll be located about 10-15 minutes "from just about everywhere" in town. The house itself is very nice, the kitchen is fully equipped (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker) and has all the "normal" tools you'd expect to find. Washer/Dryer are also available The main BR has a king bed that I'd describe as firm, dresser, tv with private BR w/walk in shower. BR 2/3 are at the opposite end of the house (nice if you like your night time quiet and have kiddos that take a bit to settle down) BR2 has a tv and a firm queen, and BR3 has a twin/full bunk set. All the BR's are large and comfy. Just like our summer stay where I commented that the AC was COLD (a good thing) the heater is nice and WARM.. Protip! Close the heater vent by the door in the main BR. it'll even out the temp through the rest of the house instead of cooking the BR while the rest are ok. (same in the summer with the Ac and cold) Outside the property is large and the host advertises as pet friendly. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did! We'll be back!

Loved the split bedroom plan. The area was nice and peaceful, but yet only about 15 mins to cookeville. Beautiful location. Would definitely stay again.

I have used VRBO exclusively for many years as they again provided us a wonderful option. As a last minute find we were excited to learn this clean and spacious property was available. Although it was 15 minutes from downtown, it was in a peaceful, quiet area in the midst of farmland. Always nice to have multiple bathrooms. If we ever need a place for more than my wife and I, would love to stay again

We loved our stay at Kim's place! The place was spacious and very clean. And the setting was so peaceful and serene, yet close to town and the amenities that we wanted. And the communication with the host was great, all inquiries were answered promptly. Added bonus was that we could bring our dog with us on vacation. If we come to the area again in the future we definitely want to stay at Kim's place again.

We were three moms and daughters who needed a quick overnight spot. This was a perfect place for us. There were not many extras, but it worked perfectly for what we needed. The girls loved the big yard for running and playing!

9/10 Nice, quiet location. Everything you need

I'll start by ticking the boxes everyone wants to hear. This is a great location, about 15 minutes from town and well worth the stay! The host was VERY quick to respond and very helpful!Everything you need for a nice stay is provided.The kitchen is VERY well stocked, the beds are decently comfortable, AC is COLD when desired, internet is provided, and all the tv's have ROKU's on them for your streaming pleasure in your downtime.The main bathroom has a HUGE shower and a plethora of towels and whatnot are provided.oh! and the closet in the main bedroom? I think it's larger than my first apartment.Ok, now the deet's.The furnishings are primarily a large sectional couch, a coffee table (well stocked with board games!) a 4 seat dining room table and a desk/chair. The living room is HUGE which makes the furniture feel sparse.I did have a couple of things that I thought were odd, and let me preface this with none of these are show stoppers. TBH, they're not even con's, just quirks that struck me as odd. NONE of the sinks or tubs have stoppers, not even the kitchen sinks. I don't know if they've had problems with people flooding the place in the past or what, but it just struck me as odd. The other is that all the heater/AC vents are in odd places. They all work great, it's just odd to walk across the bedroom in the dark and step on a vent in the middle of the floor. We will definitely be adding this to our list of places to stay again when we're in the area!

A little spartan, but quite clean. Close to I-40, but a nice, country setting. Had a few issues with supplies and equipment, and let the owner know afterward, but have not yet heard back. Would stay again, assuming we can expect to hear back about our concerns.

Excellent stay!

This was a great property and we really enjoyed our stay. The property owner was very responsive and quickly replied to all of our questions. It was quite spacious, comfortable and quiet . It worked very well for us as we were traveling with our dog. Overall a great stay, and we would stay there again.
