Amenities include: king master suite with its own bathroom; queen bedroom that when the windows are open you can hear the ocean's peaceful waves crashing; a bunk room that has a twin over a full bed with an additional trundle bed; Murphy bed in living room, ping pong table!

Location and luxury - spot on!

Our group had a fantastic time at Folly Beach and a key aspect of that was our decision to stay at this property. The rooms and accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen was clean with all the required appliances, and the garage was a great extra space to hangout and play ping pong. The house is so close to the beach and downtown folly beach! So it was great for grabbing coffee, lunch/dinner, and a cocktail. The house is also very close to the one market (grocery) on island.

Great place

Nice quiet location very close to beach and center street. Enjoyed the games and puzzles that are there on a few rainy days. Kitchen had pans/pots and utensils to make holiday meal.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

Our family had a terrific day at this property. It is walkable to the main commercial area of Folly Beach and is just across the street from a public beach access point. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Great location!

The house is in a great location - easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops. Our teens could walk/bike everywhere on their own. The house was great (and clean) and we’ll stocked with essentials.

Great Place

The house was great. It was clean and roomy and perfect for us. The kids especially liked the ping pong table and cornhole game. We were grateful that there were chairs for the beach and access to the beach was just across the street.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

My family (four adult children), including my husband and two friends, had a wonderful week at this Folly Beach home. The location is perfect–quick walk to beautiful beach and nice town. We enjoyed relaxing on the shady, screened-in back porch. The house was clean and spacious and the beds so comfortable. The manager was very responsive and most helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Property exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean. Proximity to the beach and town was all walking distant. Great home for our family vacation. Highly recommend and hopefully will return next year. Mike was a great and responsive host.

We had a great stay and will stay here again. The internet is NOT great. Streaming and work were a challenge. However, we were there for a family trip. Mike was a super responsive host.

Awesome Stay in a Great Spot in Folly Beach!

We rented this beautiful home in Folly Beach for a Bachelorette Weekend and had a fantastic time. The home was MUCH larger than it looks in the pictures and fit all 9 girls (who all needed to shower and get ready every day) with ease and extra space! The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect, right across the street from the beach and walkable to a bunch of cute beach bars. The drive to downtown was about 30 minutes. Everything was great, I'd love to stay here again!

Long weekend at Folly

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was a great house within walking distance of everything. Our only complaint would be the cleaning. The couch had crumbs, sand and trash under the cushions that we vacuumed up when we arrived. Also the air filters were filthy and we actually changed them. One of the toilets had an empty bottle of fabuloso in the back of the tank causing it not to flush so we removed that. Aside from that, the house had everything we needed and we had a lot of fun. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Beautiful and comfortable home!

We all loved this house! I was nervous about the walk to the beach so we rented a golf cart but didn’t even end up using it. The beach access is right across from the house and it’s an easy walk. There’s enough parking for four cars and my husband’s bigger truck he parked on the street which is free parking. There wasn’t enough room for the boat trailer though so if you are bringing a boat plan on leaving it elsewhere. The house is super well stocked with more than enough blankets, pillows, paper products, etc. Extra beach chairs in the garage was a nice treat too! The host is super accommodating as well and very fast to respond to any questions.

Great location / Very nice property

We stayed here for a short 4 day beach vacation with a total of 7 people. The house is very comfortable for that size group. The location is excellent. Public beach access point is a short 40 or 50 ft walk from the home. You can be on the beach in under 5 minutes. Center Street is also a short walk of around 8 or 10 minutes. The house was clean and orderly when arrived. There were nice “extras” such as a beach wagon, beach chairs and boogie boards that meant we did not have to haul those things with us on the trip. The kitchen was well appointed with enough to make and serve meals for everyone. The grill is a nice Weber unit that worked great. Definitely recommend.
