This property has three bedrooms (super comfy new mattresses)- Queen, King & Single, and 2 Singles. Hot tub, Koi Pond, Grill, Full Kitchen, Coffee, Washer/Dryer, and Free parking.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm
No Smoking.
No pets.

Big Trees, beautiful historic homes and right beside the downtown mall. Quiet north downtown location of this home is a 10 and the neighborhood is a lot of fun to walk.

Easily walkable to downtown pedestrian mall. Walk to the best restaurants. Bakery, Coffee Shops, and Market just two blocks away. 1 guest parking space directly outside the door and unlimited public parking on the street in front of the house.

No Hot Tub use after 10pm

Love having French Press Coffee on Adirondack Chairs by the Koipond, reading/sunbathing on the back patio by the hot-tub, or grilling on the guest patio.

Parking directly in front of apartment door on weekends for up to 2 cars and week days for 1 car. Across the street, In front of the house, available all times but open to general public (though usually easy to get a space)

Just a few short blocks to pedestrian mall.

Quiet Neighborhood Near Downtown Cville

Check in was easy. Owner was responsive to questions. Location is a quick walk to downtown, not far from UVA and commercial areas. The apartment was clean and had all basic amenities and some pluses. We used the hot tub and it was nice. The space/size was good for four people, but may be tight for large groups. Adjacent on street parking.

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Clean and convenient location. Sits in a beautiful neighborhood with grand old homes. Our only nits are lack of local television availability, and the distance to the downtown pedestrian mall. While close, it’s a bit longer than the 2 block description, which mattered since we had 2 elderly guests.

Girls' Weekend Getaway

We celebrated my sister's 40th in Charlottesville and had a wonderful time. The space was clean and well stocked. It was safe for going for a quick run right in the area and was a short Uber to vineyards. Loved to be able to hop in the hot tub before bed! The hosts were very responsive. Great find!

New Year Jaunt

We were looking for a place close to our daughter so we could spend New Year’s Eve and her twins birthdays with them. This house was perfect. It was in walking distance of her house and anything else we needed. The hosts were so kind and thoughtful. We loved it and we’ll stay there again when we come back.

Perfection in Eugene!

We loved everything about this home, the location, cleanliness, outdoor space, neighborhood and nearby activities! The beds were very comfortable and everyone had their own space. We loved the common areas, the layout of the house was really great with everyone having their own quarters. We made breakfast for 7 each morning, and enjoyed coffee while relaxing in the living room. The outdoor space was beautiful, we loved the outdoor patio and enjoyed the trees! The home is nestled in a very friendly community, it was quiet at night. The ping pong table in the garage was an added bonus!

Ideal location and good for family/friend group

Park Street is a beautiful location in a tree-lined residential neighborhood that quiets down at night. The walk to the Downtown Mall is lovely and passes by Historic Court Square. I selected this listing for my visiting friend group because of the location, and it could not have been better. While this is a basement apartment, it has three separate sleeping rooms (plus I suppose another sleeping space in the living/gathering area). The two full bathrooms are well equipped and the compact kitchen fully functional, particularly for those who are visiting and probably having most of their meals out. Our group was three women, all above age 70, and we felt safe and comfortable. The property manager was exceptionally responsive and flexible, and the owners, whom we met over our three nights there, were warm and helpful. This is an excellent location for those who want to explore Charlottesville and downtown.

This home is truly and conveniently walkable to the best restaurants in town. Quite neighborhood with huge trees and historic home to explore on your walk. From city center it's a short trip to Vineyards, History (Monticello, Montpellier, etc), UVa, Shenandoah National Park.

Be a traveler - not a tourist. This home gives the feel of living downtown and being part of the neighborhood. The Koi Pond in front and the hot tub and backyard in the back allows for luxury relaxing and a quick walk to bakeries, coffee shops and the best restaurants.

Park Street is the gem of Charlottesville. Location, beauty, nature and lot sizes. One of the first homes on the street when it changes from commercial to residential. Other properties say that they are walkable to the mall, but they might be saying 3/4 of a mile to 1&1/2 miles. Here, we are just 2 long blocks to the mall. The Front and Back outdoor spaces allow relaxation and integration into the community.
