Easy location just off of the Airport (but you won't hear planes!) and the highway in a quiet neighborhood. Services and shopping nearby. Large rooms, somewhat sparse and aging decoration, but if you need space there is plenty. Kitchen works fine and ther is plenty of dining space if you are cooking at the property.

Deceptively nice and large house for multiple guests. Quiet neighborhood close to many shopping centers. We thoroughly enjoyed having the 3 bedrooms for our own space. Steep driveway, but garage parking in the rain was wonderful.

Thank you for your review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the spacious layout and that everyone had room to spread out comfortably. It’s great to hear the quiet neighborhood and convenient location near shopping added to your stay. We agree—the driveway is a bit steep, but we’re happy the garage was helpful during the rainy weather. We appreciate you choosing our home and would love to host you again in the future! 😊

House was like-new. Very clean and has nice amenities. It's very close to shopping and is convenient to get to Charlottesville. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive to inquiries both before and during the visit. Only minor complaint is that the SmartTVs weren't able to connect to the Wifi. I recommend bringing your own firestick/ruku as a work-around.

The rooms were clean and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by how much space the house had! The biggest “downfall” (if I had to look for one) is how steep the driveway is. We opted to park in the street because of that but not a big deal.
