Designer Beach Home - 3 min walk to beach with private heated pool, outdoor gas fire pit and in home gym. Welcome to "Sulla Riva" - the perfect beach retreat! This home has been professionally decorated to be your relaxing getaway with everything you need to truly come & unwind. No detail has been missed in this beach rental, fully furnished with all the amenities needed to just bring yourself & enjoy. Open layout with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Beautiful wood floors and high end furnishings. Large fenced in grass yard with new in ground heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and patio and lounge furniture. Ocean views from top floor. Main floor includes: Fully outfitted kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, K Cup/Keurig, coffee machine, Instant Pot, blender, and much more), two dining areas, 1 family room, 1 living room, powder bath, and home gym (Lululemon MIRROR, Peloton, Ifit Nordictrack treadmill, free weights, resistance bands, and yoga mat).

Upstairs includes: Primary bedroom (king) with private ensuite bath and ocean views, 1 hall bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, bedroom 1 (queen), bedroom 2 (full), and bedroom 3 (twin bunkbed).

The family room, queen bedroom and primary bedroom TVs have cable. The full bedroom and bunkbed bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.

All linens and towels are included in rental.

Our home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach (public beach access, no beach badges needed). Home includes beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, but don't feel like heading to the beach, my backyard offers a large fenced in grass yard with heated pool, 6 loungers, 4 umbrellas, patio seating, dining table (seats 8), heat lamp, natural gas fire pit and bbq grill. If dining al fresco isn't what you are in the mood for, there are a handful of great restaurants in walking distance from the property. Kitchen Witch, Beach Tavern and Booskerdoo coffee are all just a few minutes away by foot. Long Branch and Sea Bright are about a 5-10 minute drive and include a long list of amazing restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a supermarket just a short 2 minute drive west.

There is parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway. No street parking is allowed.

This is a beautifully decorated home and feels luxurious and comfortable. It is well equipped in everything a traveler could possible need. The home was cleaned to perfection. Perfect rental!

My friends and I stayed here over my wedding weekend and got ready for the wedding here! The house is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Host Erika was extremely accommodating and responsive, and provided everything you could ever need! We loved our stay here and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Monmouth Beach

Erika is an extremely responsive host. I really enjoyed staying at her property because it was exactly as advertised. It is well decorated and immaculate. It has the best stocked kitchen of any house I have rented. It is light and airy with a sunny backyard, and located blocks away from the beach. I also liked the fact that we could park our car in the garage.

Our Monmouth Beach Tradition

Returning to this Monmouth Beach property has become somewhat of a tradition for us. Just one stay here makes it clear why this property is so popular during the summer months. The house is well-appointed, meticulously cared for, and boasts a fantastic backyard and outdoor living space. The host is attentive and always receptive to the needs of guests, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The close proximity to the public beach and the charm of the nearby borough of Sea Bright make this property an ideal vacation spot for families looking to create lasting memories.

Beautiful with everything you need

We loved our stay. Beach view from the luxurious master bedroom! Gorgeous sunsets from the other side of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked and wonderful. Huge, comfortable dining and living areas. Enough room for adult children with partners to join us. The area is very walkable with a small "downtown" area about 7 min walk away, and the beach access point just around the corner the other direction. Owner is very responsive and answered all our questions immediately.

Wonderful house a block from the ocean

We had a wonderful holiday stay at this house. It is super clean, very nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you need to cook/dine, and has a very open, inviting layout. Monmouth Beach is an excellent location (4 min by car to the restaurants/boardwalk at Sea Bright; about the same to Pier Village). Erika was a very welcoming host who was very responsive to a few questions we had. Highly recommend.

Perfect!

We rented Erika’s home for our wedding weekend. It could not have been more perfect and was truly a listing that was better than expected. There is an ocean view from the primary bedroom. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Erika was extremely attentive and helpful during the booking and check in process. I only wish we had booked it longer.

Wonderful Family home

We absolutely loved staying at this home for our annual Jersey Shore vacation. It was the perfect size for our family of 6. Location is amazing walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will rent again!

Beautiful home, prime location!

We spent a week at Erika's home with my extended family (in-laws, sister-in-law and her son, and my family). When booking, Erika was responsive and helpful. Her home is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The perfect location - a short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach. Well appointed and spacious beach house

We have stayed at this property previously and will definitely return again in the future. We instantly felt comfortable and ‘at-home’ thanks in part to Erika’s hospitality and how well maintained and equipped the house is. A big highlight is the outdoor living space and sizable backyard.

Wedding celebration

We were visiting the Jersey shore for our sons wedding. We booked this property quite some time ago. We found a property to be one of the very best rental properties we’ve ever chosen. It was incredibly well stocked in every way. Every appliance, plate, cup or glass you would want to have at your own home, was there. Best VRBO Experience, Ever.

Erika couldn't have been a better host. Each and every day, she went out of her way to make our group as comfortable as possible and accommodated our variety of special requests and needs. We had a longterm stay, and Erika was incredibly communicative, understanding, compassionate, and professional. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and her home!!!
